Ideal location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Very well located accommodation with shops very close by. The city center of Saint Malo is within walking distance, which avoids traffic jams to find a place. The accommodation is nice, an address to keep for a future visit to Saint Malo. The host is very helpful and gives good advice.

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

This beautiful apartment with underground parking in Saint Malo was located directly beside the beach - it even had its own private underground access to the beach!!! We will most certainly be coming back for a longer stay very soon.

The accommodation is ideally located a few steps from the sea and its typical Breton beaches. It is ultra functional and tastefully decorated. Laure is very responsive and will kindly advise you on existing activities in the region. I would highly recommend it.

Great stay at Valerie's! The accommodation is ideally located 2 steps from the sea. Everything is doable on foot (shopping, access to intra-muros...) the accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. The instructions given by Valérie by messages or directly in the accommodation are very clear. Thanks!

We had a very good stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

We had a few unforgettable days. The apartment is extremely tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The quality of the bed and terry linen is that of an upscale hotel. When we arrived, everything was well prepared, there was even a bottle of water and milk in the fridge, some coffee capsules and everything you need for a short stay (detergent, toilet paper, etc.) Murielle is an extremely attentive and warm hostess. She provided us with excellent excursion tips and restaurant recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely accurate. My recommendation: book if it's free! We will do it again!

Accommodation consistent with the photos, very clean and pleasant, in a quiet neighborhood. The bakery is a stone's throw from the accommodation, the supermarket 10 minutes and the beach 15 minutes' walk! the terrace is a real plus, we took advantage of it. The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.
