Beachfront holiday rental in Saint-Servan, Saint-Malo

We were here 10 years ago and have never forgotten the place. Now finally again. In addition to the fantastic location, the accommodation is wonderfully rustic and yet clean and well maintained. It is only important to know that you really have to bring everything in terms of basic equipment. We will surely come back at some point and will only leave here with difficulty. A little piece of heaven on earth.

This stay was very happy, the host was very friendly, and when we had any problems, the reply was very timely. We brought a cat with us on this trip, and it also loves this house.We slept in the bed in the attic, the wooden ladder was a little narrow but very safe.I was a little scared at first, but it's easy once you get used to it. My cat is very adaptable, it can freely go up and down the wooden ladder. In short, it is highly recommended for young people to live in, it is a very comfortable loft room. You can see a very beautiful sunset from the dining table🌇.

Small pied-à-terre that I booked for the second time: perfect for enjoying Saint-Malo intramural with a few parking spaces at the bottom of the building, while being 5 minutes from the convention center. Thank you Stéphane!

Pricey but well worth it. Having stayed in dozens of AirBnbs and hotels over the years, this was the best place we ever stayed at. Three French doors in the living and dining area look out over a balcony onto a pretty and active square. Tons of restaurants and cafes and grocery shops in the area. Two private bedrooms. Stocked with coffee and a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider. Highly, highly recommended!

This was even better than the description online. The sea views, the peaceful atmosphere, the coziness of the apartment, were beyond our expectation. It was so pleasant and comfortable for everyone in my family to have their own space after touring, swimming, and enjoying this beautiful area.

We had five great days in this spacious apartment! Very well equipped - all you need. The location is outstanding. Close to everything and in an area with the nicest restaurants. Still very quiet ! Strongly recommend! The host available whenever you call or write! Do not hesitate!

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

I loved staying in this apartment with it's beautiful art and sublime views. Charlotte is a wonderful person and host! I highly recommend!

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The accommodation is ideally located a few steps from the sea and its typical Breton beaches. It is ultra functional and tastefully decorated. Laure is very responsive and will kindly advise you on existing activities in the region. I would highly recommend it.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time! The sea view is beautiful, and the balcony to enjoy it is very nice. The accommodation is nice, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!

The trailer is super comfortable and is superbly placed on a small private promontory with a breathtaking view and no vis-à-vis! Everything comes together for a wonderful stay in Granville, where everything is within walking distance from the accommodation.

We were a little surprised at first by how small this apartment is. It was already strangely cramped. However, we got used to it after a day. After all, we only booked for two nights. The apartment is very clean. The hosts did everything to get as much coziness, style and functionality as possible out of this small room, and they did an excellent job. This apartment is ideal for short trips, with little luggage and even on a spontaneous trip you will find everything you need in everyday life. Even the cotton buds :) And the hospitality of the owners is hard to beat. We thank you for the pleasant stay and remain with best wishes!

Very pleasant stay in Sandrine's apartment, who is a very pleasant person, attentive and very responsive if needed! The accommodation was impeccable, very bright, completely in line with its description and in the immediate vicinity of the sea (Môle beach). We will definitely be back!

Very good stay. David and his mom are very friendly and available. Extremely clean accommodation, sea view and apartment matches the photos. You can go there with your eyes closed.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Communication about the apartment was excellent and it was easy to make contact with Pascal and Cathy, the concierges, who had lots of local knowledge to share. Pascal was charming and very helpful in every respect. The flat is well described on the website and was very clean and welcoming. The furnishings were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a very luxurious stay. A huge asset of the flat is the location and I spent lots of time watching the sea, boats, ferries and people on the beach. I loved it. It is easy to walk everywhere and that is what we did so I recommend this to anyone arriving by ferry or train. That is what we did and we didn’t need a car at all. St Malo has something for everyone including scores of places to eat. We recommend that you look at reviews on TripAdvisor when choosing a restaurant as we got caught out on one occasion with poor food. All the others we tried were excellent and the cuisine is varied. A great place with an amazing view! We were lucky to have the sun and the heat to accompany our stay ☀️ The place is tastefully decorated! And it's very easy to park, there are always spaces downstairs from the apartment. In short, we recommend this listing!

Charming apartment within minutes of St Malo by foot and right on the beach. For those travelling from Guernsey, the boat arrives at 9.30pm and you cannot check in after 7.00pm. As a result, we had to book a hotel on the first night. Not ideal but otherwise a great stay.
