Welcome to our large 60 m² 2-bedroom apartment with an industrial look, in the heart of the historic center of Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. Whether you're here to hike, work, pedal or just enjoy the mountain, you're in the right place! On the mountain side, a dozen resorts are within 30 minutes by car. On the bike side, it's a real playground: Galibier, Glandon, Madeleine or the famous hairpin turns of Montvernier are waiting for you. In short, whether you come to sweat or chill, we are waiting for you!

In privileged surroundings encircled by mountains, ski stations and cycling summits at the foot of the chaine of the Belledonne mountains. The very comfortable renovated haybarn has exposed beams, view of roof structure through glass ceiling, stone walls and wooden floors but with a modern contempary touch. A deck to sit, listen and admire the breathtaking countryside, it's wildlife (Refuge ASPAS) and the horses who live on the farm, whilst savouring the pure tranquility .. and a glass of wine!

We have another apartment in the residence next door. They are located at the top of the village, Résidence les Sybelles 2, newly renovated at the end of December 2022. At the foot of the slopes, facing the shops. Area of 36 m2, 2 bedrooms, very well equipped, swimming pool open only July and August. Beautiful bike rides, skiing... We rent by the week during school holidays. Baby equipment🚼: high chair, bath, potty, folding crib. Again, we don't have Wi-Fi.

Residence "Odalys" located at Choseaux les Sybelles at the top of Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, it is the 4th largest ski area in France. It is located on the 1st floor, this 3-star Gîtes de France accommodation of 36 m2 is pleasant and quiet for a very nice stay, located at 1800 meters altitude. It can accommodate 4/6 people at the foot of the slopes to enjoy the mountain village atmosphere. A welcome box will be offered for any stay of 4 nights or more.
