L’ANNEXE" RENTAL DESCRIPTION (Located between Rue de Verrüe and the harbor). -Ground floor: 1 main living area comprising: Dining area, lounge area, and a fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, and a full set of cookware. Dining corner with a round table, four chairs, and a storage unit. Lounge area with two armchairs, a two-seater sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. -Upstairs: Shower room with a 90cm corner shower, vanity unit with sink, hairdryer, and toilet. Bedroom with a 160cm (queen-size) bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom with 90x200cm bunk beds, a storage unit, and a desk with a shelf and desk lamp. Bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided for the week. -Exterior: Small enclosed courtyard facing a pedestrian street; includes a garden table and two chairs. Distance to main amenities: Right in the town center, featuring grocery stores, bakeries, butcher shops, clothing stores, a pharmacy, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, an optician, fishmongers, home decor shops, and a spa. All within walking distance. Supermarket on the edge of town. Train station (SNCF): Valognes, approx. 20 km away. "Manéo" bus service connecting Valognes to St Vaast (please check schedules for connections). Maupertus Airport: approx. 25 km away. Cherbourg: 35 km away. The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).
