Independent studio located above our home in a quiet area in the countryside. Accommodation located 20 minutes from the entrance to the legendary Circuit de Le Mans. We are less than a kilometer from the Bercé equestrian center, renowned for these CCEs, and 30 minutes from the European Yvre-Épée Horse Center. MKF is less than 3 km away to participate in scheduled retreats and internships. Also ideal for business trips, we are 15 minutes from the Ecommoy and Parigné-l'Évêque interchanges.

A perfect stay! The accommodation was absolutely amazing, even better than in the photos. Everything was impeccable: impeccable cleanliness, neat decoration, ultra comfortable bed, and a warm atmosphere that makes you want to come back. The host was not only attentive and responsive, but also very charming, which makes the welcome even more enjoyable. A real gem, I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will return without hesitation!

We would like to thank Floriane for her welcome and advice. The house matches its description and is in impeccable condition. We felt good there immediately. Very good bedding (yes, it's important too😀) after visiting the Loire castles. The plus: the gardens and their different atmospheres for breakfast or an aperitif!

Amazing! The chateau is beautiful. Biking the grounds is wonderful. Internally, without words. It's all very beautiful. I read reviews about the chateau that talked about negative points. People need to understand that maintaining and restoring something of this magnitude is complicated. A challenge! Very well executed by Chiara and family and the wonderful welcome from Achwak. The place is special! I recommend it!
