Perfect for recharging, hiking or cycling, it’s also ideal to explore the Île aux Pies, a site for climbing, fishing or canoeing on the Oust River.

Countryside location on the outskirts of Vannes. This beautifully traditional built log cabin sits on the side of a picturesque garden. Great for nature watching or a peaceful get away. Fully kitted and equipped kitchen. Cabin has a wooden decking so you can enjoy the evenings over looking the garden and trees.

It is close to a beautiful nature reserve on the river Oust where it joins the Nantes-Brest canal. The village centre is 2km for bread and basics, the large town of Redon (TGV Paris) is 10 minutes. Nearby is the village of La Gacilly home of Yves Rocher and an important and stunning photography exhibition. Rose Cottage is a perfect rural retreat.

La Belle Jeannette, Nice 3-star country cottage

Gite in the countryside, fully equipped and renovated in a 17th century longhouse part, set in a small hamlet surrounded by fields and forests. Between La Gacilly and the megalithic site of St-Just, 10 km from Redon and all its amenities. We have ponies: children who want to help feed and care for them are more than welcome! A small private garden equipped with a garden table, barbecue and swing to enjoy the outdoors in peace.

The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed-sheets are provided. In winter, the outdoor living room will not be installed. A few minutes from the island of magpies for canoeing, climbing and walks. Grocery store, bread depot accessible on foot but closed on Sundays. *Please note that this is my main house, some items remain in place.
