Easily accessible from the La Rochelle ring road, it is located just a 10-minute drive from the beaches, and close to bus line 19 that will take you to the center of La Rochelle. Free outdoor parking is available in front of the accommodation. You will be quiet in this fully equipped studio. The big plus is an outdoor relaxation area.

It consists of a living room/equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a south-facing terrace with sea and beach views located 50 m away. It has a private parking space with secure access. The residence also includes a swimming pool (June 15/September 15) and tennis courts.

Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
