The owners are charming, welcoming and available. The house is as advertised. It offers the opportunity to sleep in a house built more than 700 years ago. That's no small feat! The garden is enclosed and you can leave a dog without the risk of it escaping. The environment is peaceful and therefore relaxing and is a good base for discovering the region.

Emmanuelle’s home is lovely and extremely clean not far and within walking distance to angouleme’s city centre the house is spread over three floors and has a lovely terrace area to unwind after a long day sight seeing ... we would love to return maybe next year

Absolutely spot-on and extremely convenient as it is only a few minutes drive to a very well known Estate agent HQ (I was there for their training) Hosts are very friendly and they provided a lovely traditional continental breakfast each morning. On the last day was I even offered half-dozen free range eggs from the 'guard' chickens roaming the large garden! If you are looking for nature and very quiet French rural countryside, look no further! Big thankyou to Danielle and her husband.

We had a wonderful stay. Sven and Steven are pleasant hosts who go out of their way to make your stay go more than well🤩. We were pleasantly surprised too because the reality of the relay was far beyond the photos on the booking platform. I highly recommend Steven🍹's cocktail who was kind enough to give me the recipe😀. The surroundings of the relay are conducive to the spiritual visits recommended by the neighboring winemakers of the relay who are happy to welcome visitors who come from Sven and Steven. Looking forward to another stay next year. This time longer for a complete immersion in Grande Champagne. Paola

Genevieve is very kind and caring. She was very discreet throughout the whole stay and very good advice. We recommend this little slice of paradise amid the vineyards of PINEAU and COGNAC, with silence under the sounds of bird songs when you wake up in the morning. Sophie is an amazing host! The cleanliness of the cottage is impeccable. the place is a real haven of peace, the decor is very neat and sublime. (bouquets of fresh roses, dried petals, small welcome gift) Not to mention all the options that this property has. (Jacuzzi nearby, swimming pool, massage, bedroom and bathroom with every comfort) everything is subtly thought out. Beautiful garden and pool area with exotic plants and cosy shared lounge which was unique and well designed. Thierry was very friendly and extremely hospitable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the selection of jams and marmalade made by Florence. The bedroom was comfortable with a spacious bathroom including a bath. Highly recommended and we would definitely go back .

What an amazing stay! Certainly slightly far from Angouleme (15mn by car), Olivier and his family are worth a visit! Extremely welcoming and accommodating, very friendly and full of good advice, our host adapted to our impossible schedules, and sometimes even offered to make our daily life easier! A real pearl! We also really enjoyed the bedroom - simple but efficient, as well as the reserved bathroom. Parking was very simple, as was getting to the nearest city. The setting was very nice, enough to walk around and enjoy both the city and the countryside. And the doggie was super endearing!! A real pleasure, we recommend without hesitation!!

Amazing people, amazingly peaceful place and amazing food. We had a beautiful 3 nights with Magali and Fabian and their cuddly dog Tess. We were treated like family and loved the whole experience. Magali is a great cook and we ate on the peaceful terrace every night. The accommodation has a beautifully rustic but quality feel and it feels special. The pool is a delight and we had all we needed, we just had to ask. Merci Magali and Fabian x

Jonathan and Samantha were the perfect hosts and made us feel right at home. Their warm and welcoming home is tastefully renovated and set up and the landscape is peaceful and quiet. Nickel apartment and easy to reach by bus from the center. Very pleasant communication and Corinne was accommodating because our arrival was delayed. Top-notch chat and breakfast. I recommend it.

Micky and Philippe have created a true place of relaxation and peace here! The entire property has been very tastefully renovated and is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Micky and Philippe are totally warm hosts and we really enjoyed eating with the two of them in the evening and enjoying Philippe's kitchen! This place is a real gem and we had a wonderful time! :-)
