Located on the outskirts of Brittany, 30 minutes from the sea (St Nazaire/La Baule), 20 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, 1 hour from Broceliande Forest. Numerous opportunities for walks on site. Cottage located on a large wooded lot not far from the terrace of our house. View of the ruins of our old mill. Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.
