You are invited to the "Hangar" ideally located in Aiffres in the countryside near the city! This accommodation is on the second floor of an old farmhouse independent of our main house. It's a comfortable, completely renovated and atypical space. The 30 m² accommodation is accompanied by a 15 m² terrace. Highlights: - Independent entrance - 40 minutes from La Rochelle - 15 minutes from Marais Poitevin - 10 minutes from the historic city center of Niort - 1-minute walk to the bus (Free)

Close to the city center, 500 m from the military school and 1500 m from the train station. Free shuttle 50 m away. I offer a private apartment on the ground floor of a main house. Private entrance. Sheets provided Shower room + separate toilet. Equipped independent kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle). The washing machine is available to share with the owner. The owner has access to the boiler room adjoining the kitchen. Access to the veranda, green space and terrace.

Just 10 minutes from Niort and major highways, come and stay in an apartment inspired by Monica's from the legendary Friends tvshow. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
