The house is very well located, easy to access, very pleasant and well equipped. There's everything you need for a great stay! Terrace, garden furniture and barbecue! Everything is there! Katherine's kindness and responsiveness is appreciated. We'll be back with pleasure!

We felt at home with the family from the first moment. Everything is very lovingly decorated and clean. The location directly on the dune and beach is ideal for water sports. The place and everything is within walking distance. We had a great time staying with Caroline & Emmanuel.

Peaceful place, tastefully renovated barn and very good amenities/services, very well thermally insulated. Close enough to the sea. In the middle of the woods for running/walking, the place is quiet and wildlife visible. Owners who are proactive, attentive and clearly communicate.

Thanks to Thomas for allowing us to visit Mimizan and the surrounding area. Thanks to his advice, we were able to discover beautiful places. Great value for the price We were able to bring our 2 dogs which is really an advantage. There is a Supermarket not far away if needed. Downtown is 5 min away and beaches are 10 or 15min max. Perfect place to stay for an easy weekend with the family. Everything can be done on foot, the children loved the access to the beach near the apartment. The environment is quiet and peaceful, the apartment is functional and Myriam is very responsive. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!
