Pleasant stay corresponding to what we expected. Quiet accommodation in a secure residence.

We had a great stay in Mimizan. The house is ideal for one (this was our case) to two couples with children. Close to the beach. Close to shops. Everything is done on foot. I can only recommend this place:) Another big thank you to Candide

Our stay at Delphine's went very well, the hospitality is impeccable. Delphine made sure that we had everything we needed by being easily reachable by phone. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the living room is perfectly suited to a group of 8 people. Highly recommend this sweet spot. If we go back to Mimizan we'll come back here!

We had a great stay at Elsa and Julien's house! It is fully equipped, very clean and really super nice - Perfect for a family stay. The children loved the many games available (special mention for the turntable and the garden hut)! A big thank you to both of you for your warm welcome and availability!

Great stay at Mathieu's, lovely host, just like the person who greeted us on arrival (Caroline). Clean and extremely well-equipped accommodation, which is rare, located in a very quiet place Fresh drinks on arrival Comfortable bedding and the heated pool was really very nice. I would highly recommend it! Negative points: the 10 a.m. check-out really spoils the Sunday and the fact that there is only one bathroom for 7 people. Advice to the owner: A blind or a curtain in the kitchen would be a plus for the person sleeping in the living room Thank you so much!

We had a great weekend in Biscarrosse. The house is very nice, especially the outside when the weather is nice, it's very functional. There are shops nearby on foot. Beatrice is available and flexible on arrival time, we recommend it!

I booked with Patrice for a family weekend and my wife's 40th birthday. What a good decision! Patrice was proactive, gave us clear instructions and was able to respond to all our requests. He even made a gesture towards my wife for her birthday, for which we thank him immensely! The accommodation overlooks the sea, and the beach is 2 minutes' walk around the dunes with the children. We will surely return and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there! Thank you again Patrice for this truly unforgettable weekend!

A very well located house with two bedrooms and all the necessary amenities for traveling as a family with a baby and a dog. Small attentions awaited us upon arrival! We had a very good stay between the walks and swimming at the lake! A little extra: a travel cot and a booster seat and baby equipment were available! Thanks to Thomas for allowing us to visit Mimizan and the surrounding area. Thanks to his advice, we were able to discover beautiful places. Great value for the price We were able to bring our 2 dogs which is really an advantage. There is a Supermarket not far away if needed. Downtown is 5 min away and beaches are 10 or 15min max. A perfect 3 day stay!! The villa is very beautiful, as well as the garden and the pool. We were 3 couples of friends: we each had our own room and our own bathroom. The villa is well equipped. We didn't miss a thing. We were able to arrive without any problems at very late hours. The villa's environment is quiet. We are delighted and can't wait to come back as a family. We recommend it +++

The accommodation is very nice, with two well-distributed rooms and a very comfortable bed. There are details for the kids to have fun and that's a plus. For extremely hot days, the AC works wonderfully. The garden is very beautiful and well decorated. A highly recommended place

Guillaume welcomed us with great kindness, always very precise in his explanations. We were apprehensive about the middle school behind the house but we were quickly reassured, and even benefited from the calm and the garden, well protected between the middle school, and a few houses on the other side … It's a great house to unwind, and enjoy the Landes, go to the Basque Country, and go up the other side via Cap-Ferret. It's a little slice of Paris.

Excellent family stay in a typical Cap Ferret cabin. The location is ideal 2 steps from shops and feet in the sand, the sunrises are magical! The house is very cozy and fully equipped. The outdoor shower is a must. Thanks to Christel and Marie for this stay. We'll be back!

Very nice house, quiet and with all the necessary comforts. We were there for the weekend for a wedding, and it was perfect for resting!

Céline is a dream host, efficient and charming. She quickly solved a security issue I was having with the WiFi. The property is as described and I was able to entertain my family as I had hoped to. Area is a wonderful seaside location with amazing walking and biking trails and the most spectacular beaches.
