Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

C'est une villa avec une mezzanine ainsi que de grandes terrasses de chaque coté il est possible de choisir le bon endroit, soleil ou ombre, pour déjeuner. La piscine est adjacente à la maison. Il y a 3 chambres avec un grand lit chacune dont 1 avec petits lits. Il y a 2 petits lits dans la mezzanine, celle ci est située au dessus du grand salon. La cuisine est très spacieuse.
