The cottage was perfect in every way. We had a great time. The proximity to the slopes is ideal for skiers. The little extra is this pool with mountain views. Possible point of suggestions: a safety barrier near the stairs for children would be a plus. Thank you for everything See you soon ☺️

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Sandrine and Jean-Marc’s place. The house is spotless with a lovely modern décor. Lots of amenities and obviously very well looked after. There is a large private garden for use by guests too. The location is a fantastic base for exploring the region - 20 mins by car takes you into the heart of Chamonix and the foot of Mont Blanc, with all of the outdoor activities that come with it - our dog loved the hikes we took him on! Sandrine and Jean-Marc were wonderful hosts - very friendly and responsive throughout! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Julien made his apartment available to my brother and me for a multi-day motorcycle vacation. The accommodation is excellently equipped as described, great location and quiet and offers complete retreat. Julien is always friendly and interested in our satisfaction, gave helpful tour recommendations and can always offer pragmatic assistance. I would repeat this vacation exactly as it was. And for my next hiking holiday, this wonderful region with Julien's great apartment is a very serious option! I'd love to be a guest at Julien's again anytime.

Absolutely lovely chalet. Stunning views of Mt. Blanc from the back porch, well designed, clean, well-equipped home. Private, great for relaxing. Fondue pot. Easy checkin and check out, great host communication. 15 minute walk to town and a Boulangerie. Accessible to Chamonix and surrounding communities. My only complaint was that our stay was too short.

New accommodation, very well decorated, cozy atmosphere. At the organizational level, the bedrooms and bathroom/toilet are on the ground floor and the living room with open kitchen and living room overlooking a terrace upstairs. Very quiet. Presence of many useful and pleasant products to have on site. Very nice discovery of Bozel which in this period was lively and pleasant to visit (unlike Courchevel where everything was closed). Lake nearby with possibility of swimming, park with pumptrack and playgrounds for children less than 10 minutes' walk, hiking departures, tree climbing, etc. Some nice restaurants in town and useful shops within walking distance (small supermarket, cheese shop, bakery). In short, a very nice stay!

Unforgettable living room! The chalet is at the end of a road, with a splendid view of the mountains, very comfortable and pleasant with its wood stove, nicely decorated, it feels instantly good and after a few days the appeasement that this place brings is very powerful! Beautiful walks from the shawl (including snowshoes, even if it took 400m to put them on after a big redwood). The proximity to Saint-Jean de Maurienne 15 minutes away is super convenient, and well worth the murmur of the valley. We stayed here for 11 days in June as a party of 6 adults and we all had a fantastic time. The house is very spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and several different spaces to relax. There were plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking pots so we never had to limit our cooking ambitions. As the weather was so good we ate most of our meals outside whilst taking in the amazing views, which changed according to the cloud cover and time of day. This is one of the best holiday properties we’ve stayed in. The whole of the Aosta valley is stunning and a trip up the cable car on the Monte Bianco is only 30 minutes’ drive away.

Great stay for 4 of us - had everything we needed. Very modern and comfortable place with great views of the mountains. Having 2 full bathrooms was a good convenience. Host was quick to respond. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful summer stay, the chalet was brilliantly equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is amazing and the chalet has everything you need for a fab stay. We've only been back a day and already missing the wonderful mountain views. We loved the quiet location, with easy access to the town and the hiking trails. We had a car, but didn't need to use it. It was our first visit to Chamonix and we can't wait to return, thank you for a great stay.

On the occasion of our 10th anniversary with my partner, we stayed for a weekend in this little cocoon of tranquility. Everything was absolutely perfect, the cottage is warm, tastefully decorated and lacks nothing. And what a pleasure to be able to enjoy the jacuzzi after a long day of hiking, really the icing on the cake! Thank you for this timeless weekend and for your kindness. Great stay, Giuliana and her husband very welcoming, a real pleasure to have met them! Very functional apartment with a superb view in a very well located place offering multiple choices for walking. In addition, we did not speak a word of Italian, but fortunately Giuliana speaks French very well. We recommend these hosts and their apartment!

We stayed at Bruno's place for ten days during a cycling trip. It was the perfect spot for 4 guys with separate bedrooms. The upstairs area, living room and kitchen, is fantastic and spacious with nice views. The terrace is useful and relaxing. The bathrooms are clean and modern, the kitchen is well equipped. The storage room for bikes (or skis) was extremely helpful. Bruno was nice enough to allow the bike rental company to deposit the bikes there two days early because of a holiday situation. Parking was always easy (across the street). The only comment we had was that there are tenants downstairs. The listing creates the impression that one rents the entire house. That said, we never heard or saw them until the final day when we checked out (she checked the upstairs). Internet was blazing fast, TV worked great. It's an easy walk to the pedestrian area in Bourg with restaurants. The Lidl is walkable, but if you prefer Super-U a car is a must. Bruno's place is highly recommended!

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

Clean accommodation, very well arranged and equipped in a beautiful green setting. Joffrey is very responsive and available to his guests, it's very nice.
