This apartment was recently renovated and furnished with high quality furniture and finishes. It offers an open planned kitchen and living area, a separate bedroom and a full bathroom. The living area includes a dining table that comfortably sits up to 3 guests, a large flat screen TV, and a comfortable pull-out couch (which turns into a double bed). A small hallway leads to the bedroom (equipped with a queen size bed and closet) and the bathroom. This apartment and its location is the perfect place for couples, friends, or corporate travelers to enjoy Cannes and all it has to offer! The home consists of 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining table for 3 and a beautifully appointed living area. There are high ceilings throughout and lots of natural light. The apartment has been recently renovated with quality fittings throughout and every detail has been thought through in order for you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted with glassware, kitchen utensils, plates, pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. There is also a washer/dryer. Bedroom: The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160cm) and a small closet with plenty of hangers. Moreover, the couch in the living room can be turned into a double bed (140cm) to host one extra guest. Bathroom: The bathroom is bright, clean and offers a glass shower, a modern bathroom vanity, a fully body mirror, a towel heater, and wc. You will have access to the entire apartment, without disruption. The apartment is in the heart of Cannes, on the Rue d'Antibes shopping street. It's steps from shops, restaurants, and bars. La Croisette and its sandy beaches, Palais des Festivals, Congress Center, and the train station are all within a short walk. The apartment is cleaned by a qualified housekeeper and the towels and linens are professionally dry cleaned after each booking. This helps to maintain the apartment at the highest of standards. Towels and linens are already included in the rental price.

It is within easy walking distance to all of restaurants, shops, and bars. Magnifique appartement spacieux de 46 m2 rénové entièrement avec des matériaux de qualité proche de tous les commerces et restaurants et situé à 7 min en voiture du Palais des Festivals. Au 5ème étage avec ascenseur, ce deux pièces de 46 m2 vous séduira par sa rénovation moderne ainsi que sa terrasse au calme. La remise des clefs se fait dans un commerce de proximité (2 minutes à pieds) jusque 23h30. Passée cette heure un supplément de 20 euros sera demandé.

Beautiful studio with A/C close to the sea !

For business or pleasure, you will enjoy staying in this comfortable, completely renovated studio with a chic and retro style. It is located on the first floor without elevator of a 3-unit condominium. Located close to the centre of town but still in a quiet and calm neighbourhood. We have a wonderful sunny terrace overlooking a flower garden with a view of the sea.

What an amazing stay!!! This apartment was absolutely perfect for our girls trip.. we were a total of 10 people and felt extremely comfortable. Location could not be more ideal - It is also located right by the train station, walking distance to La Croisette beach and the town center, and it has the cutest outdoor balcony. The team was super responsive as well and answered all questions we had during our stay within minutes. Would definitely recommend for a large group :)

Loved our stay at Jessica's apartment during the Cannes Film Festival. She was responsive, kind, and easy to coordinate with. The apartment is in an easily walkable location that was just 5-10 minutes from the Palais and Croisette. A couple of blocks from a grocery store, and, if you're a basic American, there's a Starbucks across the street that gave my colleagues joy. We had everything we needed - including 2 full bathrooms - and a lovely balcony for relaxing and people watching. Thank you for a wonderful and easy stay, Jessicannes!
