Stunning Salcombe Home - great views-free parking
We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. 3 The Reach is a Luxury 3 bedroom apartment located right on the beach at South Sands sleeping up to 6 people in total comfort. A paradise for beach lovers, you can put your feet in the white sand 10 metres from the front door whilst Salcombe (arguably Devon's finest seaside town!) is a few minutes drive or ferry away. Guests can hire paddleboards and Kayaks on the beach or use the Restaurant and Bar at the Harbour Beach Club next door as well as enjoy discounted passes for the Luxury Spa.

Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking
Self contained studio apartment with your own entrance at the front of Aloha off the drive. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

Nº 26 is another of the charming apartments we host within The Salcombe, the complex formerly The Salcombe Hotel. This one-bedroomed, studio-styled property – recently decorated in Susie Watson’s Swedish Grey - is situated in a prime position overlooking the superb views of Salcombe Harbour. With comfortable homely qualities to its décor and tastefully chosen soft furnishings using gorgeous, patterned fabrics, it is a wonderful place to holiday and fully unwind in its warm embrace.

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage
Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Hidden gem for two in Beeson
Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
