Right in the heart of Salcombe yet away from the lively bustle of the town, this comfortable bijou studio is in the iconic Salcombe Apartments building right on the waterfront. Accessed through landscaped private gardens, the studio has magnificent uninterrupted views of the beautiful Salcombe estuary and the beaches and fields of East Portlemouth. The studio benefits from free, reserved on-site parking, use of the heated outdoor swimming pool (in season) and direct water access via the pontoon.

Self contained accommodation close to Dartmoor

Hartford Dairy is an annex next to our home. It is a cosy one bedroom, self contained space providing great accommodation for a couple or single traveller with its own parking space for one car. We are conveniently situated close to Dartmoor for beautiful scenery and walks and also within easy access to the coast, Exeter, Plymouth and Torbay. A village pub and Post Office/store are within walking distance. Our nearest town is Bovey Tracey and Ashburton is also an approximate 10 minute drive.

Nº 26 is another of the charming apartments we host within The Salcombe, the complex formerly The Salcombe Hotel. This one-bedroomed, studio-styled property – recently decorated in Susie Watson’s Swedish Grey - is situated in a prime position overlooking the superb views of Salcombe Harbour. A king-size bed and a single bed for a third guest, and a gorgeous bathroom with a newly added heated towel rail. The apartment is private with its own front door, an outside courtyard and the pool a stroll away that looks over the sea and our three acres of garden to relax in. It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful South Hams.
