Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Salemi

Fantastic location for the beach and within a short drive to a wide range of restaurants. Rosanna was accessible and very responsive!

We had a great stay at this villa. It was peaceful and had a chabby chic quality that we wanted from our sandy sunny holiday. It was clean but also retained lots of original features and felt like a good taste of the island life, encapsulating the charm of Sicily. The pool was big and clean on the days we used it. Access to the rest of the coast and Trapni was relatively easy in a car hire. Would highly recommend for couples and groups. Thanks to the owners and staff who were very helpful xx

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

Incredible little cottage next to the sea. You share a courtyard with other apartments that has direct access to the beach. The cottage has a private terrace overlooking the sea, where we spent much of our time. Just a wonderful place--peaceful and serene with a few restaurants and bars in walking distance. Maia was a great host who gave clear instructions and communicated well.

Erice is particularly nice in the evenings when the tourist crowd is gone. And to spend the night at Elena‘s flat is the place to be. I really enjoyed my time. Elena is also super nice, very helpful and excellent communication. Can only recommend it.

The suite was very well appointed. The lighting made it very romantic 🥰. The bed oh so comfortable. Ground floor made suite easily assessable. The frig and wine frig were stocked with all kinds food items and wine. Some free…some you had to buy. This was very much appreciated. Restaurants and shopping close by. Salvo made our stay at R&B suites extra special. Until next time😘😘

Such a cute and quiet place to get away from the city just what we needed! Tania was so nice and we were able to hang out in the garden, pick the fig trees, have eggs from her chickens! Just incredible experience!

The apartment was wonderful, even nicer than the pictures and was so great to relax in after long days of exploring Palermo. The location was perfect just away from the crowded streets but central enough to walk every where including the station. It’s in a lovely square with a great bar and friendly staff that we enjoyed going to everyday! There is loud music from the bar until late in the evenings on fri & sat only but this wasn’t a surprise to us as other guests had mentioned it and it didn’t bother us. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

Flavia's place was perfect for our 7 day stay over Easter. Spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. comfy beds. great shower and just enough supply's for a little bit of cooking. so central to everything in Palermo that we had no trouble getting around. Palermo parties over Easter late into the night so earplugs were needed but that is because we went to bed earlier than others 😅 would definitely book this apartment again

The apartment is BEAUTIFUL!! Our family of five, with three teens fit comfortably here. Plenty of space to have our time alone after three weeks of travel, that is needed sometimes. Loved being in the heart of old town Palermo just steps away from bars, food, grocery stores and sites. Totally walkable to a ton of sites. We lived to verandas. The host greeted us, took time to help us get settled, answered questions, we felt very welcomed! It is lively at night, and we didn’t mind hearing people enjoying themselves. Place is more beautiful in person! You won’t regret booking this place. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Very new and nice place. Can fit a lot of people and has a pretty pool and views. We came with 5 people and had lots of space. Great patios and balconies overlooking views and nice seating throughout the house. Easy to get in and out with keys and a nice pizza place just opened up a 2 minute walk from the house. Would recommend staying here. The host also helped find pizza delivery, and a taxi for us when needed.

We had an amazing time at Giacoma & Carlo’s villa. Everything was as the pictures in the listing and the view of both the mountains and the sea was perfect from the terrace. Giacoma & Carlo was super responsive whenever we had a question and helped make our stay perfect.

We had a great stay at the villa. It was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 9. The pool was a nice bonus, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen for group meals. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, with a large store just a short walk away for anything we needed. Highly recommend for a group getaway!

Great host and an amazing villa. Sunset on on the private bay was incredible. Local towns and airport were only a short drive away. Great to cook and eat outside. Will be coming back for sure.

We had a super nice stay in Aldo's accommodation. We were 4 people (2 couples) there was enough space so that everyone could retreat in this accommodation. Aldo's dad lives right behind the accommodation and was very attentive and on site for all questions and concerns. We will definitely come back! Thank you

Fantastic accommodation for our family of five. The children loved the extensive complex with pools and playground. We also visited the animals every day. Ignazio and his family are always available and take care of the property every day.

We had a great stay at the place. The view is priceless, and the location is very private and quiet. Giuseppe welcomed us very warmly and was always easily accessible. The house was very clean and tidy, only a few pots were still greasy. In front of the house is a very busy bridge that makes some noise during the day, but that doesn't bother you any further. We would come back.
