Fall asleep to the sounds of the creek in this newer home on 4 secluded acres. Central location is 15 minutes to the town of Salida or the b)h)iking trails of the Monarch Crest or Ski area. 2 miles to Poncha Springs with full grocery store, restaurants, winery, Elevation brewery and more. The house is well appointed with everything except for Wi-Fi. A perfect excuse to unplug and relax. Easy, well maintained access road less than 2 miles from the highway. A great home base for many adventures!
