Amenities include a four-person hot tub (guests must be at least 6 years old to use it), off-street parking, and fiber internet. We are located four miles from Salida, and twenty miles from Monarch ski area, Mount Princeton Hot Springs, and Brown's Canyon white water rafting. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the property, as the back patio features an outdoor rug and the hot tub.

Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property. Your host family lives on property across the driveway and is happy to help should you need anything.
