Villa Maria, a fairy tale house in Alsace

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Accommodation "Bettina" for 1 to 3 People. For 1 Person a single bed in the living room. For 2 or 3 persons there´s an extra bedroom with a double bed 160/200cm available. A modern, light flooded, spacious and comfortabel attic flat. Living room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom and a bathroom . The flat is on the 3rd level in a private house. In Rheinstetten close to Karlsruhe. key compartment, free parking on the street. Garage for bycicles or bikes.

Cozy apartment in Alsace

The motto for our farm is "slow down." We, that is Andrea and Tom, have realized the dream of "living with the animals" in beautiful Alsace. We have our ponies Coquine and Cerise, our cats Milow and Söckchen, our two dogs Maya and Lotte, as well as our flock of chickens with the rooster Fritz. In summer, "our" swallows delight us with their chirping. Here you can experience nature and regional culture at any time of year. In no time, you switch over to relaxation.

Nap corner: suite in the heart of nature

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

Keep it simple at this peaceful place, a 5-minute walk to the city center and its beautiful ramparts. The apartment is bathed in light throughout the day. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area and a large living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet and bedroom. The little extra, a nice balcony. And for cyclists a locked room A functional and comfortable cocoon to stay in.

Appartement situé au centre d'un village alsacien pittoresque à 50km de Strasbourg et 15km de Wissembourg (frontiere allemande). Idéal pour un séjour á la campagne et des escapades en ville. Gare à 800m et 3 restaurants pour déguster les spécialités alsacienne. Petit déjeuner proposé avec produits frais fait-maison. L'appartement est équipé d'une cuisine et salle de bain privée. Les chiens sont également les bienvenus.

The little extra, a large terrace welcomes you equipped with a relaxation area in a green setting.

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissemburg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility to cook (two hotplates, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, mini oven, microwave...) You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...
