Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

A gondozott, árnyékos strand, büfék, sétány mellett külön bekerített kutyabarát strand is található. Az apartman a ház északi oldalán van, így a legforróbb nyári napokon sem melegszik a hőmérséklet 24°C fölé, emellett egy léghűtő is támogatja az ideális klímát.
