The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

Julie's home was so Welcoming. When you walked through the door you immediately felt like you were home. Wonderful bright windows, very comfortable seating out on the patio, well stocked kitchen and such clean bathrooms. The amenities were beyond what we expected. We didn't get to enjoy the surroundings as we would have liked since we were there for a family wedding near by. Julie should get a 10 star rating for all the care and comforts that she provides for her guests.

The home was immaculate. Every amenity you can think of for a pleasant stay. Everything in the house is very well thought out. The host was immediately responsive to any questions. We had a group of 13 people with 9 of them children ranging 3-16. All of us enjoyed the pool and private back yard the entire week. That waterslide is the stuff dreams are made of! We've been back home almost 2 weeks and the kids still haven't stopped talking about it. We will be keeping this home on our list for our annual getaway. It's like a private little resort all to yourselves. 10/10 recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. We enjoyed our stay at Fountain Hills AZ, and everything listed for the property was available and working. Beautiful views of the surrounding area and it was very peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and responded to our questions promptly. I would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend it more, it was the perfect place to spend time with friends lounging, cooking and enjoying the pool. Will definitely be back! The beds were so comfortable, we all felt right at home. 10/10!

This place was like staying at home! All sorts of amenities were available, i.e. from condiments to blankets. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It was quiet, safe surroundings, easy access and parking.

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

Just as described—this is a beautiful little place with access to pools, perfect for a relaxing stay. While it’s not very walkable for those looking to explore restaurants or bars nearby, it’s just a quick Uber ride to most spots. One big plus: it’s located very close to the zoo, which was super convenient!
