Monthly Rentals in Salthill, Galway

Domhnall was a very good and uncomplicated host. The apartment is very clean and is in a good location to reach via a very nice beach walk from Galway or in about 15 minutes directly with good shopping on the way. Bedroom very quiet and very good, large, comfortable bed. Apartment is very well equipped, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, butter and much more was available. We had breakfast outside in the sun. Very relaxed stay, happy to come back anytime!

The Rest was a great place to stay. We stayed there for one night as we were attending a music festival. Location is a 20 minute walk to the main centre… Eyre’s Square, Quay Street etc. It just a step away from the Salthill promenade. Lovely apartment and lovely host. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location with views to water on Salt Hill prom. Everything we needed was in apartment. Helpful advice for parking and entrance to apartment.

Very nice place to be near the main downtown attractions but far enough away to get a bit more peace. It is approximately a 20 minute walk to the old town area, or a bit longer to take the waterway long walk which is more scenic. Plenty of restaurants are also 10 minutes to the north in the Salt District(?) that have less crowds. If you are looking to be right in the middle of the downtown action there are better located places. However, if you want a bit of peace and quiet without too much effort then you'd like this place. Each bedroom has a bathroom so 6 people can stay no problem. The kitchen/living room area is roomy for everyone and the view of the water across the road is very nice. It is also nice to have parking in the basement since there are lots of cars in this city with limited parking options. We'd stay here again if we return.
