Located in one of Salzburg's most beautiful districts, Villa Leopoldskron welcomes its guests in the charming style of venerable bourgeoisie of bygone times. The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2019, has 2 bedrooms, a living room with flat-screen satellite TV and Netflix access, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. A special highlight of the apartment is the pretty sun terrace overlooking the garden.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Quiet suburban 3-room apartment with mountain view

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Ideal starting point for city & state of Salzburg

Nestled in the beautiful Salzburg countryside with direct views of the mountains and yet close to the city, the approx. 48 m², lovingly furnished apartment with panoramic balcony is located in a quiet sunny location. Visit the city and experience nature from a special place to live😊 The airport/highway are within easy reach, but not audible! A few minutes' walk away is the bus stop (in 20 minutes in the city center), a renowned inn, as well as a small bakery.

Apartment quiet & central & wonderful view

The 120m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house from the 19th century and was renovated and refurbished not so long ago. It can be booked for up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms (2 of them with sink in the room), 2 bathrooms (one bath/WC, one shower/WC with washing machine), a spacious large kitchen (living/dining room with cable TV) and an additional lounge with cable TV. The balcony at the bedroom of the main apartment is small but nice!

Beautiful well-kept apartment with old parquet floors on the first floor of a house from 1938. The apartment consists of a bedroom (bed 180 cm), living room, bathroom and cloakroom. A cozy arbor is available in front of your entrance door. The apartment is furnished as I like it when I am a guest: In the wardrobe there is space for two large suitcases, there are many ways to hang things. The atmosphere is colorful, individual and playful.

Our beautifully renovated one-bedroom apartment is located in the central but very quiet district of Salzburg-Aigen and we look forward to welcoming you there! You can easily reach the city centre by bus or S-Bahn in a few minutes, the stations can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. In addition to being close to the city, the apartment is an ideal starting point for walks or bike tours in the recreational area around the Gaisberg.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Our house offers two beautiful and modernly equipped apartments in Salzburg-Aigen, one of the most livable and lovable districts of Salzburg. The old town is easily accessible by a nice walk along the river (2 km) or in just a few minutes by car or bus. Our house is located in a quiet residential area where you can get to know the city of Mozart at its best.
