In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

The studio "Garden Room" (16 square metres/172 sq ft) is located at ground level in the garden and consists of a bedroom with double bed (width 140cm/55 inch), dining area for 2 persons and small fully equipped kitchen unit with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave with oven function, filter coffee machine etc. There is also a small bathroom with shower and WC. Own ground-level garden-side entrance with covered terrace. Bed linen and towels available 1-2 persons, children on request

Approximately 3 km from the center of Bad Aussee, 4 km from the train station and only 2 km from the beautiful Grundlsee. With free parking (also for campers), Wi-Fi, private bathroom and toilet for each room, balcony, terrace, hunting room, guest room, satellite TV, fridge, cold drinks, coffee, tea and snacks. Continental breakfast (vegan on request!) included in the room price.

You can take advantage of all the services offered by the hotel, such as a gym, a large garden with lounge furniture and a wide range of activities such as dance classes every Sunday, concerts, etc. Fine little restaurant with homemade regional dishes including vegan options. Also roomservice for snacks such as pizza or burgers.

All have a kitchen with top appliances. Our 700-year-old building is centrally located on Linzergasse. Our guests have access to our private roof garden overlooking the Kapuzinerberg. There is also a Stadtkrug restaurant with local top dishes and a cocktail bar.
