Welcome to paradise! Long-term rental is desired!Pets are not allowed, only by arrangement! The house, 200 m², for 8 people is located in an exclusive location on the outskirts of Salzburg in a nature reserve, is very exclusively equipped and also has central air conditioning, underfloor heating, a whirlpool bathtub, physiotherapy and cardio equipment! In the courtyard there are 3 free parking spaces! When booking for 2 people, please only use the ground floor. By arrangement, you can also use the whole house!!

The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.
