The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

The attic apartment is very bright with views of the surrounding mountains. The old city center is a 10-minute walk away. A parking place is available. Salzburg city can be reached in 20 minutes by S-Bahn. Many excursion destinations (Fuschlsee, Bluntautal, Schlenken..) are about 30 minutes away. minutes by car. Ski areas are about 30 to 60 minutes away. (Werfen Weng, Zauchensee, Obertauern..) An ideal starting point for traditional Christmas markets, culture and sports.

It is only 100 m to the valley station of the Kopfbergbahn and 1.5 km to the Donnerkogel gondola lift in Astau-Winkel. The ski & hiking bus stop is directly opposite the apartment. Numerous restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a butcher's shop are within minutes walking distance.

Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.
