Holiday rentals with a patio in Salzburg-Umgebung District

The place was beautiful with loads of space - ideal for big families. The view outside was breathtaking. Would totally recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views from the terrace. The apartment was very clean and facilities appeared newly renovated. Ami was very responsive and offered local recommendations upon arrival. The apartment is located next to a school and park for children. It takes around 25 minutes to reach central Salzburg from the apartment.

We would recommend this property. The location is perfect to get away from the busyness of the city and connect with nature. The apartment is located on a working farm. We enjoyed seeing the cows on the property. Keep in mind you definitely need a car to access the property since it’s at the end of a long private road. The apartment presents as new. It is well equipped and very clean. The only downside is that it did not have a microwave. Thomas was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provided great recommendations. This apartment is below the residence, but you could not hear any noise. The scenery is absolutely stunning with a beautiful deck to enjoy the surroundings. It was the only accommodation on our trip that was completely dark at night, which we loved. The town has all the amenities, including restaurants and grocery stores.

This bnb was convenient to Salzburg yet also had a secluded and private feel to it. Only a few km from Salzburg, this spacious rental was large enough for my family of 5. The property backed up to a beautiful forest and creek. Bea was a great host, giving local recommendations, clear check in instructions, and responded promptly to any needs we had.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious, modernly furnished, a well-equipped kitchen, a pleasant garden. Even though it was hot, it was pleasantly cool inside. The house is in a peaceful, quiet location, at the end of the street. Everything we wanted to visit was within 30 minutes by car. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is not looking for the bustle of the city.

Fantastic stay at this wonderfully located apartment. The apartment has a lovely private terrace to enjoy when the sun shines but was warm and cozy when the weather changed! Elisabeth and her husband were super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The apartment itself is very well located being close by bus or car to Salzburg or to the Lakes . We made good use of the buses which were free with the guest card and would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to others.

Everything he mentioned at home page are in needed place. Perfect location to use public transportation from/to downtown very easily. Good communication and hospitality to welcome us would be the another reason for us to visit Salzburg again. We enjoyed 100%. Thank you Robert!!

We loved our stay!!! One of the best Airbnbs around. Comfortable, beautiful view on the terrace, and special touches in the space such as cold drinks on a hot day and local treats from our host. Washer AND dryer which was very helpful, and beautiful plants all around.

We absolutly loved our time in this apartment. Everything was perfect, the apartment was even bigger than in the photos.

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

This house is a dream if you want tranquility and good views, but at the same time be close to the city. In person it is even more beautiful than in photos and Barbara was super attentive answering all our questions quickly. The best place to stay in Austria.

I’ve been to a lot of Airbnbs and by far Philipp was the best host I’ve ever had. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed before we even arrived. He was extremely responsive and helpful with instructions on how to get from the train station to his home, which was very close to the old town and everything you want to see in Salzburg (and walkable!). We had our daughter in a wheelchair and he was more than helpful with accommodating us in every way. The kitchen was easy to use and he also let us use his laundry, which was incredibly helpful. He met us in person at his home’s gate and showed us around his home. That really helped and made us feel right at home. He even bought a real Christmas tree for us as we were there over the Christmas holiday!! The beds were very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the upper floor, which had plenty of windows and yet was very private. His home was extremely quiet and peaceful.  Highly recommend staying with Philipp!

My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding in a small, private group at Emanuela's and then spending a few days together in this refuge. In retrospect, we couldn't have made a better choice. Emanuela has created a true paradise here - perfect for a few days with family/friends to relax in nature or, as in our case, to celebrate a wedding with a handful of guests and then spend the honeymoon as a couple. The house is generously equipped for celebrations and really plays all the pieces, Emanuela is also an extremely warm and attentive host and very helpful when it comes to questions of organization. All in all, it was an unforgettable time - Emanuela and her natural idyll in Unterach also had a big part in this and for that we would like to sincerely say THANK YOU! We plan to visit again! If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

Great communication with Brigitte. She was very welcoming and extremely helpful, showing us how to get about and recommendations where to eat and where local amenities were. The place was super clean and very comfortable. It is in a peaceful area with beautiful views of the mountains. It is close to public transport which takes you into the city which is just what we wanted, to be able to explore the city. We had a fabulous time there and would definitely recommend Brigittes place

We have been very lucky. We loved Claudia and Claudia's apartment. It was perfect for us. Warm, cosy and with everything we needed. The village of Fuschl and the lake are delightful and well placed for trips around. Her recommendation to use the bus for Salzburg was a good idea. There is a bakery and a grocer just a few steps away. We can't wait to go back.

Very clean, very tidy. Petra is super friendly and open to any questions. It is a really quiet cozy place and only half an hour from Salzburg. Grocery stores are just a few minutes away by car.

Our family loved this home and village, we surly hope to come back again soon!

A beautiful place for our family trip to Salzburg. The apartment was big! Two comfortable bedrooms with a gorgeous bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen was fantastic! We made breakfast each day and was a dream to cook in. The hosts were friendly and flexible in letting us stay slightly longer before our return flight. There is a small bakery plus a good supermarket close by. Would recommend!

if I could give Monika's apartment 10 stars, I would. It is lovely, absolutely spotless, and so quiet. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. The apartment is decorated tastefully. It is obvious that Monika put a lot of thought in making the apartment as comfortable for her guests as possible. Although, we only prepared breakfast, the apartment is fully and thoughtfully fitted with anything one would need to prepare a meal. There is transportation conveniently around the corner (Bus #4) that takes you into town. Monika and Ron also provides a comprehensive information folder which is so helpful. She provided gift baskets with sweets and sparkling wine. We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Salzburg, and I can recommend this Airbnb without hesitation.

Highly recommend if you want safety and security, underground parking available as we rented a car, private spot comes with the apartment so no need to worry about parking at anytime , quiet area at night, 10 minutes to the centre driving, we didn't use public transport but 200 metres away. Balcony was superb, loads of seating, bbq available. Opens off the living area Living area spacious, loads of seating, fully equipped kitchen, oven, large fridge, table and chairs, bathroom has bath and shower combined, plenty of towels and showering materials. Bedroom comfortable with plenty of storage, black out blinds and TV. Amenities in the basement for washing, drying clothes, bins for rubbish and recycling and access to private car park. Overall a beautiful apartment.
