Experience pure relaxation in the "Rabennest-Gütl" in Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut, the imperial city and European Capital of Culture 2024. The property extends over 3 hectares (Not fenced) in a secluded location, surrounded by picturesque forest. Our cottage was built in 1976 mainly from wood as a holiday home and has been family-owned ever since. Since August 2022, we have opened our doors to guests who want to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of this unique setting.

Loft im Kunst-Atelier, Bad Ischl

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Kick back and relax in our quiet and stylish apartment. There's no limit to what you can do. Hiking tours, cycling, running trails, via ferrata, cross-country skiing, ski tours, water sports in one of the countless lakes or a little more relaxed in the Kaisertherme and Wellnessalm. Dachstein giant ice caves, salt mine, Hallstatt culture, Kaiservilla to name just a few more possibilities!

Lakeview Apartment Fernblick

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.

Ischlwelle apartment in the center of Bad Ischl

The apartment is approximately 35 m² and is located in the center of Bad Ischl. The train station, shops and restaurants of the city center are within walking distance. There is a possibility to use a parking space free of charge. Otherwise, the paid parking Kaiservilla (2 charging stations) is adjacent. A lockable bicycle parking space is available.

Central, well-maintained

Modern and functional. The apartment is located in an annex behind the house. The garden is for guests only. If necessary, barbecuing is possible there and meals can be consumed on the terrace. Bus stations to the neighboring towns are 200 m away. The apartment is the starting point for mountain bike and bike tours in all directions.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
