Our apartment in the village of Schwarz (Calbe/Saale) is part of an old four-sided courtyard in family ownership. Schwarz is just a stone's throw from the Saale Cycle Path and a few kilometers from the Elbe Cycle Path. If you close the courtyard gate, you leave everyday life behind in the courtyard under grapevines. Or you can start from here to the highlights of the region: Dessau, Quedlinburg, Harz, Magdeburg – but maybe just the next lake. Perfect for cyclists, families or to write your book in peace.

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Charmante Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Hopfengarten. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, sowohl zur Autobahn als auch zum ÖVP. Unsere Wohnung mit separatem Eingang wartet auf euch im 1. OG unseres Hauses. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

A crib and highchair are provided. The apartment is close to the city center and the train station (each 500 m). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.
