The view extends over the sea and fjord. You can walk along the field road to a lovely, uncrowded beach in 8 minutes.

The house is 115 square meters and is located in the quiet village of Kolby in the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a newly renovated country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 toilets (one with bath) and 3 bedrooms with double/2 single beds as well as a smaller room with bunk bed, which should only be used by people up to 170 cm. In total, there are 8 beds. There is also a weekend bed incl. duvet for children from 0-2 years. Outdoors, you can enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and the children can play on the large lawn.

The neighborhood consists of the old beautiful Tinghus, Tranebjerg Church and protected fields. It is also possible to rent the associated guest house - the entire property.

Two (kids) bedrooms have stacking beds, making it possible to either have a (slightly higher than usual) single bed or a (slightly lower than usual) double bed or two singles. The third room has a queen sized bed. We share the beautiful garden with our upstairs neighbours.
