Jeg udlejer lejlighedsvis mit skønne toplanshus på 116 m2, mens jeg selv bor i anneks i haven. :) Huset har alt til en dejlig Samsø-ferie: komfur, opvasker, ovn, kombineret vask & tør, wifi, sengetøj, håndklæder, spiseplads til 6 og lækre siddeområder på den ugenerte terrasse. (Dog intet fjernsyn). Der er senge til 4, men med 2 basale gulvmadrasser, er der plads til 6. Pillemark er i nem cykelafstand fra Jylland-færgerne og Tranebjergs supermarkeder. Landsbyen har flere vejboder med grønt.

Det består af et nyrenoveret landkøkken, 2 stuer, 2 toiletter (det ene med bad) og 3 soveværelser med dobbelt-/ 2 enkeltsenge samt et mindre værelse med køjeseng, som kun bør anvendes af personer på max 170 cm. I alt er der 8 sovepladser. Der forefindes desuden en weekendseng inkl. dyne til børn fra 0-2 år. Udendørs kan du nyde solen på den store terrasse, og børnene kan lege på den store græsplæne.

Located in the main town of Samsø, so you are walking distance to shops, restaurants and groceries. Pleas note this is an old house which can be noticed in the details. Two (kids) bedrooms have stacking beds, making it possible to either have a (slightly higher than usual) single bed or a (slightly lower than usual) double bed or two singles. The third room has a queen sized bed. We share the beautiful garden with our upstairs neighbours.
