We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

Our stay at La Casa dell Abate was truly wonderful and memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys beauty and comfort off the beaten path. From the moment we arrived, Allesio was welcoming, friendly, showed us around the home and offered tips on what to do. He will also offer you the opportunity for a pasta class or gourmet dinner which is prepared by their friend Francesco, in the private garden/outdoor kitchen. We really enjoyed this experience. Their home is beautifully decorated yet maintains the charm of the 16th century in which the village was built. We slept great in the peaceful surroundings and the comfortable beds with nice linens. We spent time in a stunning place. Beautiful, cozy, like home. Sandra is very hospitable. The breakfast she prepared was very tasty. I highly recommend it.

The week we spent with Giuseppe, Gaya and their charming group of Alpaca's was pure magic. We couldn't have imagined a better place to stay and better company. The nature, The silence, The nights full of starts and fire flies, the beautifully renovated old apartment, the big fig tree outside, the hammocks.... and of course the Alpaca's we totally fell in love with and got tons of inspiration from the way Giuseppe & Gaya treat them with so much love and respect. This place got deep in our hearts. We already miss it and will surely want to come back again

We had a wonderful weekend at Walter and Alessio's house on the occasion of Gubbio's Spartan. There were ten of us and the house exceeded expectations: large spaces, great attention to detail and really welcoming environments. The welcome was warm and genuine: upon our arrival we found a homemade donut that we really appreciated the next morning. Walter and Alessio were available and present. The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for recharging after a busy day. Pool and parking for exclusive use were a great plus. A stay that we highly recommend and hope to repeat soon!

The house itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with charming touches that reflect the Tuscan countryside. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, from the cozy linens to the spacious layout that gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every corner of the home felt intentional and inviting. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat. If you’re looking for an authentic, relaxing, and comfortable escape in Tuscany with a host who truly cares, Podere le Corticelle is the place. We can’t wait to return.
