The house is located in the center of La Villa, 150 meters from the Gardenaccia ski lifts that connect with the entire Dolomiti Superski area and an ideal starting point for summer hiking and cycling. The apartment is on the ground floor, surrounded by a garden and has a separate entrance. You can easily reach the main services such as ski rental, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. even without using the car.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed for the fifth person and a balcony facing south offers a pleasant view. A comfortable and relaxing environment, enriched by thoughtful details and practicality.

On the top floor of a prominent 1950s building, with a magnificent view of the Ampezzo Dolomites and the Olympic ski slopes, we offer a design studio enriched with historic furnishings showcased at the 11th Milan Triennale in 1951. The bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped.
