WE LOVED every aspect of THE BEST VACATION RENTAL we’ve had so far-CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!

Great place to stay! Super short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee. Description in listing was spot on. House is located on a busy street with lots of nightlife on the weekends (as stated in description). We always bring a white noise machine and noise cancelling ear plugs so wasn’t a huge deal for our family. I definitely got a great leg workout in going up and down the stairs haha! But the space was comfy and we spent most of time on the beach anyway! The host was incredibly responsive with any questions and provided detailed instructions. Would definitely book again!

Camp Jackson is an amazing place with great view of the ocean and good location to go in and out of San Diego. It looks just like the pictures and everything you need for a stay. It really had everything from kitchen supplies to bathroom. Also plenty of beach chairs, umbrella even beach bags. Lisa was very responsive and gave plenty of recommendations from restaurants and told us about The Coaster. A train to take into SD. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect space for our Disneyland vacation (myself, husband, and two adult sons). Spacious, comfortable, and close walk to Downtown Disney! Median between the one-way north and south directions on Walnut Street made it easy to cross and get to Magic Way! Decorations adorable and lots of toys amenities for younger children! Great to be able to enter Disneyland via Monorail and avoid crowds at front entrance! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice stay at Teresa’s condo! It was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient for us with a lot of things in walking distance. Teresa was also a fantastic host. She was extremely responsive and proactive.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Liz was super responsive and provided a lot of great details and information to ensure a seamless check-in and check out experience. There were games and activities for the kids, snacks and bottled water, and additional things like small sunscreens and toiletries which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation in Carlsbad.

We came to town for one of my best friend’s wedding. Most of the guests stayed at the Temecula Creek Inn, and after comparing the two, Ken’s airbnb was an easy steal - economically cheaper, a lot of space and still within a 10 minute drive of Olde Town and wedding venue. Ken was always prompt with his responses, clear instructions and even mailed a jacket that was left behind…free of charge!

We love this location and this was our second visit to this home. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and the university. It is also just a short drive to downtown and the beach. Highly recommend!

Overall the experience was great! Beautiful, spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. Cute decor. The host was very easy to work with and responsive.

Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond for Family Comfort My family had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb hosted by Soothing Stays. From the start, our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. What truly stood out was their extra effort in making our stay safe and comfortable for our family—especially our toddler grandson. They went out of their way to install toddler gates throughout the property before our arrival, which gave us such peace of mind. It’s rare to find a host who not only listens to guest needs but takes real action to meet them. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches, clear communication, and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Wally’s place was convenient and comfortable. It had all the basics to make simple meals and relax after attending a class in the area. Great location and safe neighborhood, walkable to the grocery store and beach.

quaint California condo. pool was great for the kids. easy distance to everything we were doing while in California. Disney, the beach, LA everything was pretty close. laundry area was clean too. the deck was nice to relax on as well.

We needed a centrally located place for our 8 day family trip with 2 kids. This fit the bill! It was within 20 minutes of most of the things we wanted to visit, including Disney. Having the private garage to park was so nice, and Jenn was very helpful when we couldn’t find something. The king bed mattress and pillows were very comfy - we are kind of picky, but sleep was great in that regard. We made use of the beach chairs on two different days, and our kids loved that the pool had a 7.5 ft deep end.

PERFECTION, SURPRISES, AND A HINT! Impeccable townhouse with Disney touches, a warm and responsive host, multiple swimming pools with a large hot tub, and right across the street from the theme parks' property -- this place is perfect for families! The kitchen was impressive with everything needed: prep items, baking sheets, large pots and pans, multiple food storage containers, and even a small air fryer! The BBQ has been upgraded from charcoal to propane gas. And the TV's now have Netflix plus other choices. The hint on walking to Disney is to follow Anna's instructions but before turning on W Magic Way, to cross that street first as the direction signs are posted on the far side of the street. There are signs to Downtown Disney, with shorter bag check and security lines and where the monorail is, and then also to Pixar Pals Parking Garage, which has a tram to and from the area between Disneyland and California Adventure.
