Condo holiday rentals in San Diego Bay

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

Terrific location for my purposes : SD Public library is a three minute walk. Private entrance is fantastic. It’s a very modern functional space. The only thing was a blind broken/missing upstairs so there was a lot of light in the bedroom. At this price I think that might have been fixed before our stay but those things happen and we hung a sheet over the window! Otherwise no reservations. The parking is well worth if and John was responsive!

I loved how spacious, clean and quiet the resort was. The lobby was nice as well. Things did start off bumpy with the host I checked in with, she was trying to take her lunch and her co-worker was in training so unable to check me in without help. So evidently I interrupted the lunch of said host and she was angry and let it be known. I expressed it wasn’t my fault she was having to work while on lunch but we were already checking in an hour and a half late and did not want to wait for her lunch to be over. I was not angry with the host, I understand her frustration but also, I’ve never been asked to wait to check-in until the employees lunch is over. Overall the pros outweighed the cons.

Amazing place! I love love the area and my kids & family enjoyed the view. The rooms were very nice. In my end, I should have did more research as we did not know the beach was contaminated. Unfortunately we couldn’t get in the water due to sewage and contamination issue. Overall it’s a great place but if you have small children that love the beach and going to the water then not really a place to swim. I was just sad as the lifeguards told us it’s not safe to go swim, although I did see surfers in the water. The Host was so sweet and kind. She was very quick to respond and very helpful.

Great location , if you are looking for a peaceful and quite with beach access, close to restaurants, not too far from downtown or airport, this is a great spot . Again just a reminder it is not the upscale area , more of a local experience. Felt safe and walkable to beach .

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Overall was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Christopher Andres was amazing at communicating and went above and beyond by sending helpful videos on how to find the apartment and how to check in. Truly an A+ on communication. The apartment is great. It is right on the beach. You get to hear the waves of the ocean every night. The extra amenities in the apartment are what truly make it great. Having the washer and dryer, great coffee, the charcoal grill on the patio, a nice TV with movies, all really made the stay amazing. The building has some imperfections, but you should not let this deter you from staying here. Of course it is a different experience compared to the US, but if you put that aside and truly enjoy this place, you will have a great vacation. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful place, has ocean view. The home decor is amazing. Clean house for sure.

The host replied quickly and provided flexible check in. The air bnb sat behind another home which gave us more privacy. If you are using navigation watch for incorrect directions. The area was quiet and calm. We brought our 2 dogs and the neighbors had dogs so there was some barking but they became friends through the fence. The furniture in the house was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, and sheets. The kitchen was stocked with several spices, utensils and dishes. There is a shopping center close with a frys, aldi, in n out, petsmart, car wash etc was very convenient.

The place is very at ease and very quiet. The carport leaves you a lot of peace of mind and in case the place since you have your privacy. It is very nice and comfortable. You feel at home

We had a great stay and it was the perfect size for our family of five. We loved how close it was to everything. We were able to walk to Restaurants, Ralph's and even Belmont Park. Beach access was super convenient and close as well, maybe a minute walk down a little pathway.

We had a great stay at Bill's place! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect and was in a very walkable area. Bill was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd definitely stay at his place again!

Nice accommodations, hard to beat view, great area to explore and enjoy all the amazing food. The beach is awesome. Lots to do in the area. Close to everything. Great stay.

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

Everything was excellent. 100% recommended for location, comfort and amenities.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

Amazing stay and very well decorated unit with beautiful view. The place feels very cozy and homey and it has everything that you need. Will definitely stay there again
