The cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and functional. The beach is within walking distance, and there is an ocean view when you stand on the street. The location is superb, situated conveniently between the Monterey Peninsula and Santa Cruz. There are many excellent restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Despite its proximity to these attractions, the area remains peaceful and relaxing.

⸻ I had such a wonderful two-week stay at the farm. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly—especially the sweet little black cat named Teva, who wore a green collar and quickly became a favorite companion. Toni was so kind and responsive, always making sure everything was just right. The farm felt very safe and peaceful throughout my stay. Being in a cabin on a farm, a few bugs are to be expected, but it wasn’t an issue—I came prepared with essential oils, which worked well to keep them at bay. The cabin itself is cozy and compact, but the many windows let in so much natural light that it felt bright and open. The shower was great too—good water pressure and ventilation, though it might be a bit snug for some. Overall, it’s a lovely little escape—close enough to San Jose for convenience, but with a feeling of peaceful seclusion that makes it feel like a true retreat.

Mike's place was everything we were expecting and more! We were granted an early check-in as we had to attend a wedding hours after arriving and Mike's place couldn't have been easier to settle into and get going. Everything in this house is very thoughtfully done and blew us away! Location is stunning and very private and also very close to town + wineries / restaurants all around. Would highly recommend and hope to be back!

Eliza's place was wonderful for us (two parents and a 4 month old baby) for a weekend - we had everything we needed and it was incredibly easy to check in and out. Eliza and her family were there and great to spend time with, but we also felt we had space to ourselves to rest and relax. We will hopefully be back!

Quail House was perfect in every way, from the tranquil surroundings to the high quality bedding to the well-stocked kitchen to the lovely people. Judith was available for conversation and consultation and at the same time wonderfully respectful of my desire for privacy. Writers: if you are looking for a retreat where you can find focus and get work done, there is no better place. I look forward to returning.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. This place was beautiful, quaint, and the perfect getaway for 2! I went with a friend and we absolutely loved it while visiting both Napa and Sonoma. The surroundings are gorgeous and the apartment itself was so comfy and cozy. Eileen was also an amazing host! She always responded quickly and had recs on the ready!

Robin's vineyard is amazing! Keep in mind you're staying on a farm, so you're 'glamping' with the emphasis on 'camping'. You should expect open spaces, peace and quiet. "Night Life" is being outside under the stars. Robin's communication prepared for our two nights so we never had to leave the property - we brought everything we needed including our meals. The yurt is very cozy and warm - we were there in June with the overnight temps drop into the 50's. Plenty of hot water in the shower. It's an amazing place to unplug and relax.

This was such a gem of an Airbnb. The space (bottom floor) was spacious and had everything we needed for a family of 3. It was also gorgeous - filled with art and a garden in the back that had strawberries and blueberries that Sean encouraged us to pick. Sean is also such a kind and sweet Airbnb host, sharing things to do in the city and where to eat on Noriega street. We were so satisfied, happy, and cozy. Highly recommend if you are visiting SF and want to be close to Golden Gate Park and Ocean beach, and have a car!

Beautiful surroundings allowed for wonderful sunset and sunrise walks to see cute animals and blooming plant life. Very cute and comfortable yurt space. This was our first time in David and it was so so memorable.

We enjoyed our Father’s Day getaway filled with lots of family giggles, swimming, sun, and the best company. The home was relaxing and exclusive. We felt like we were in the Italian countryside paired with local Napa valley wine (who could ask for more?!) located near the heart of Napa and the best restaurants/grocery. We would love to come back soon!

Our family of 4 had such a lovely stay. My city kids (7 and 3) loved all the outdoor space to run around and especially seeing all the animals (horses, goats, alpacas, sheep, a neighborhood cat, rabbits, quail, lizards...!). Of course a huge highlight was the swimming pool, great temperature, and nice that the kids could stand on the shallow side/steps (and a great kid-safe fence around it). The house itself was lovely, a perfect size for us, with lots of thoughtful touches. Also nice peaceful location but an easy drive to restaurants, Sonoma Square, Traintown, etc. And great communication from Vi. We hope to be back!

This was one of the most beautiful airbnbs we’ve stayed in! The house is gorgeous and the property is so cool - our kids loved all of the animals. Laurel is so communicative and helpful. We truly had the best time!

The space is small, but very clean with cute, home-y touches. The bed and bedding is very comfortable, we slept great! Overall, was a great stay!!

Wow, what a gorgeous space. We loved waking up to the towering redwoods and morning sun and stargazing at night. Six of us + a dog slept comfortably and Kira was nice enough to provide some extra bedding for us. The location is A+ with all of Philo/Boonville and the coast to explore. We will be back!

This is our second time staying with Robert/Jami at this great place. It's the most peaceful and tranquil location, and so comfortable. The hosts are so helpful and accommodating, including helping us with a special request. We were celebrating our anniversary, and this place and Bodega Bay made it special and memorable.

Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

We had a great time at Nezha’s place. Beautiful, calm, and quiet place to have as a base for the local winery and restaurant scene. Looking forward to a return visit!

Our stay at Linda’s cottage was wonderful! It’s a beautiful setting and everything was above our expectations! We enjoyed the pool, played bocce ball, and the garden areas are gorgeous! It’s a very peaceful and relaxing location. A great place to getaway and rejuvenate! Linda was a very kind and gracious host too! We definitely plan to return to Linda’s cottage in the near future!

Very nice place. Ocean View out the front window. We regularly stay in AirBnB's and this place has everything a cut above the usual. Super clean, looks like it was remodeled very recently, everything is new. Nice back yard, completely fenced in. An Alpaca farm across the street. Alpacas look like a mini camel with an afro. A few blocks walk to the ocean.

We loved our stay in Lodi! The home was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. It had exceptional features. The layout was lovely, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. I wish we could have cooked in the beautiful kitchen! The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful! The grounds were full of vineyards and flowers. The outside sitting areas were lovely as well. Highly recommend this unique home!

A Thousand Million Stars! This home was even better than described! Pia, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive from the start, making everything so easy and welcoming. The house itself was spotless, super comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a unique artistic touch that made it feel truly special. The outdoor area was amazing especially the pool, which we all loved and made the most of! When I asked my 6-year-old how many stars he would give it, he said: “a thousand million stars!” That says it all. We highly recommend this gem of a place and will definitely be back.
