Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Francisco

First, we must note that this is probably the cleanest AirBNB we have ever seen in our life! This is a great spot in Noe Valley that is quiet enough and not far from restaurants or other nearby amenities. We opted for short drives to some of the parks closer to the coast but this was a great central spot to rest and relax. This was also a comfortable spot for our pet. The dog park is about two blocks for bathroom breaks (for non city doggies) but not a nuisance for early morning or evening bathroom breaks.

I appreciated that the space didn’t feel cheap/just trying to make money (felt like there was intent behind the furniture and design/ambiance). Very comfortable, quiet, and peaceful (except you do hear upstairs neighbors occasionally because of the thin floors). Felt very safe and easily accessible to other areas, stores, anything needed, as well as a great park. Hosts were very friendly when we met and I have no doubt in their responsiveness to address any issues (although there were none!) Great spot, I would definitely book again. Thanks again for a wonderful space!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Brian’s place! From the start, Brian was incredibly kind and understanding—he generously rescheduled our stay when we came down with the flu, which we truly appreciated. He was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. It’s located in a lovely, family-friendly neighborhood just a short walk from the beach; perfect for relaxing days outside. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with spices, condiments, appliances, paper towels, detergents, and other essentials, which made cooking easy and convenient. All in all, this was an A+ experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Brian as a host!

In the 17 years my parents (now father) have been coming to Mill Valley, this is by far the nicest place he has stayed in. It has the best location, walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store! The best breakfast place is literally right across the street! The unit is super spacious with a full-sized refrigerator and stove and cute little kitchen. There is even a washer and dryer in this unit! The bed was comfortable and the furnishings are lovely! Gary was amazingly responsive, courteous, and helpful with my father’s stay. He is great at communicating and was the best host! My father looks forward to staying here again in the future! Many thanks to Gary for making my father’s stay so memorable!

This was the perfect accommodations for our family! The kids loved the toys, and the apartment was well stocked. The location and access to public transportation was unbeatable!

There are great restaurants within walking distances and perfect access to different sites around SF. We stay at a lot of AirBnb’s and this was a great experience. We hope to return. Michael is a great host -- friendly, responsive, accommodating, and always helpful. The place is just as described, and I was impressed with the quality of everything from the furniture, appliances, and linens, and even things like the high-quality name-brand toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent, and paper towels. The location is quiet and the views are amazing, and while it's hilly, I'd say it's easy to get to flatter areas for a long walk or run, or to some scenic hikes up the local hills which offer expansive and breath-taking views. I'm very grateful that I had a chance to stay here, and hope to return again in the future!

Pam was a fantastic host. Super responsive. One of the nights, there was an issue with the kitchen sink and she fixed it right away. Her place matched the photos and was nice and clean. The backyard is great. She let us use it for a picnic. I would definitely stay here again 🙂

Perfect location for peace and serenity! The house is spotless, kitchen was open and easy to use, and the beds are comfortable and soft. The hot tub and heated stone sofa were welcomed every morning and evening while listening to the ocean. We will be back soon!

X is a very warm and friendly person. He quickly replied on messages and everything was given as described. The checkin was flexible and the accomodation was clean. Highly recommended! See you next time :-)

This Airbnb in San Francisco was fantastic! The location was super convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Definitely recommend it!

I can not say enough about how rejuvinating it was to stay at Matt's stunning home in Mill Valley. Our ONLY regret was that we did not stay for long enough. Matt is extremely kind, open and responsive. Waking up in the trees, taking a dip in the tub with morning coffee, and watching the deer walk by was our favorite past time. We took afternoon walks along the tree lined trail right in the back yard which was an incredible perk. Once you are there, you never truly never want to leave. The beds are extremely comfortable, water pressure is great and the home is stocked with all the amenities you might need. We stopped at Whole Foods on our way in to stock up for the first few meals --- we were so glad we did that and highly recommend. The house is located up the winding roads and then 100 stairs to climb up, but that is what makes it the spectaular experience it is. We can't wait to get back. Thank you, Matt!

Four of us very much enjoyed our stay at Markus's apartment. The place is ideally located, not far from Mission Dolores Park. In spite of being on a main street, the bedrooms in the back were completely quiet. The apartment has, on the whole, a high-end feel: Thoughtfully, coherently, and stylishly decorated (clean aesthetic with some mid-century modern pieces, uncluttered but not stark); plenty of light, high quality furniture; interesting art. This felt like a home: books on the shelves, well equipped kitchen, stocked with spices, condiments, cooking oil, tea, etc. I could imagine living in this apartment exactly as it is. The host communicated promptly and responsively, accommodated a non-standard check-in time, and generally made himself available. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

My family and I had a lovely weekend in this home! Much bigger than expected on the inside - well designed and clean. The location was quite central and getting around was easy and convenient. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was never an issue. Correspondence was prompt and easy. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ben's place was absolutely perfect. It was clean and all his art and decor is beautiful. Ben put out snacks on our arrival which was so lovely after a long travel day. As a former Mission resident I can attest the location is amazing you're close to everything in the Castro and the Mission. The bed and living area were perfectly comfy and Ben's work setup was great to work from while looking out on the neighborhood surrounded by plants. Was also delightful to be able to cook in a well equipped kitchen during our stay. Truly a home away from home, will definitely stay here again next time were in SF.

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.

Had a great stay at Carly & Allies home. The sisters are fantastic at communicating and made very clear instructions. The beds were very comfortable and the area is very walkable. Also some great restaurants were near by. Had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making a home away from home.
