The independent and autonomous house is just 300 meters from the sea. Located in a hilly position, it overlooks a breathtaking view of the sea from the bedroom, the living room and the large terrace. It is strategically located and allows you to walk to all the necessary distances: supermarket, bar, pastry shop, beaches, pharmacy, train station. It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small but very functional kitchen. The outdoor space is shared, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or simply relax. A few minutes' drive away there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

L’alloggio è circondato da un ampio giardino completamente recintato per la sicurezza dei bambini e degli amici pelosi. Per raggiungere la casa è obbligatorio l’uso dell’auto. La spiaggia è libera ed è raggiungibile sia a piedi che in macchina attraverso una strada privata.
