Prestigious barn_ with a contemporary twist

This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

New and very central apartment in Cordenons

My accommodation is in a private courtyard, very close to the square of Cordenons. The bus stop that leads to the center of Pordenone and to the fair is in front of the apartment. Finely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Internet connection and Netflix. Independent entrance. Arranged on one floor, there are no stairs. Outdoor space for smoking. Reserved parking in the courtyard. Minimum stay 2 nights. I personally take care of the cleaning of the premises. I do makeup for evenings and special occasions.

Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a compact bathroom with shower and premium amenities. Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, we will request the ID of one guest, payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the entire group, for the entire stay), and the tourist tax. Your data is shared only with the police and the municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.
