Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

Ideally located ( the street to cross to be on the beach) and quiet, the accommodation matches the description and was perfect for my use. I recommend it and will be back. Although the property is managed by a company, the on-site correspondent, Giovanni, was responsive, welcoming and friendly.

San Giovanni and Silvia's house are a dream. The charming place, the house, even if distributed in a particular way, is typical of the seaside places in rural areas and exactly reflects the context in which it is located. The terrace is truly unbeatable. The ruins of Tharros a stone's throw away and the most beautiful beaches ever seen in a 15-minute drive. Here, you can breathe and live the real Sardinia. A very special place for a unique little vacation. Thank you Silvia for hosting and sharing this experience with your guests. Highly recommended.

Great stay at Silvia's. Her accommodation (first floor of a house) is very comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a stay of several days and has an exceptional view of the sea (beach opposite). The house is located in a small tourist village, very quiet at this time of year. The location is ideal for visiting the whole of Sardinia. Silvia is an available, responsive and attentive host, she will give you good advice on restaurants, places not to be missed. She also provided us with extra blankets, charcoal, paddle. Accommodation and host that we recommend without hesitation!

The flat is nicely located near the city center, has been renovated a short while ago, therefore very modern looking, very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and a great interieur. The balcony is also nice, and the air conditioning is absolutely necessary for summer days, since the weather in Oristano gets very hot. Only detail to improve on: Water pressure is low, therefore showering with long thick hair can be an issue. Christina, the co host, is very communicative, quick and friendly.

Location is perfect for a quiet get away, especially now during this off season. The ocean is across the way, visible from both terraces, and all windows, which allowed us to truly enjoy the beautiful sunsets. House is spacious, and bright. Short rides to Tharros to see the archaeological sites, Cabras & Oristano for grocery stores and restaurants. Hosts, were extremely attentive and always giving us suggestions for places to go & visit!
