The apartment is charming and spacious and there is also a private terrace that we used a lot. The location is excellent both for reaching the center on foot and for reaching external locations by car. There is always parking a short distance from the house. Luigi was impeccable and available at all times, always ready to give advice on what to do or where to eat and also to intervene to solve any problem. Moreover, he had the foresight to leave us basic necessities on arrival to make us feel immediately welcomed. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of a cultivated, lush green property with a fantastic view towards the east coast. Everything was as expected based on the pictures and description, even a little prettier. Cleanliness top, tranquility and panorama fantastic. The reception is super warm, recommendations for excursions very good. The location is of course a bit off the beaten path, but absolutely OK to reach by car through narrow alleys. You just don't find something like this directly in the village. Overall, an absolute recommendation!

My family and I loved our stay at Anita’s place! The apartment looks just like the pictures and is in a fantastic location, extremely close to restaurants, bars, shops and the cable car. Although you can hear people at the nearby restaurants in the evening, they didn’t disturb our sleep and I personally loved hearing people having fun. In addition, we couldn’t hear any noise at all when we were in the second bedroom. We had a rental car and parked in one of the garages outside the medieval gate and took the free shuttle back to the gate and walked to the apartment from there. It was quite easy and not troublesome at all. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at the appartement. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the nature all around. We even got nice fresh fruits out of the garden!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Alberto and Giorgio were so helpful and Giorgio was kind enough to pick us up from the station and drive us to the location. He also took us around to the local restaurants and bars and introduced us to the locals. The place was also lovely and very cosy and Castelmola was so beautiful to explore! Would definitely love to come back again.

Already miss this lovely place which became our dream Sicilian country home for three nights! Located in a peaceful gardens area, accompanied by lovely doggies, Mathilde's place gave us a feeling of coziness and freedom. I can only regret that our busy programme didn't allow us to meet with her in person but she was ver approachable and easy going. If you are looking for a quite place near to Naxos and Taormina, and a good starting point for Etna - don't hesitate to book this place :)

We had high hopes for this place as our first stop in Sicily after a long flight . It was above and beyond what we expected. The landscape and setting is beautiful and private. Every detail was thought out and we didn’t want to leave. If you are climbing Mt Etna it’s only about 40 minutes to the start point for the guides which is close. This place is magical and the host was so helpful.

We had an amazing stay! This felt like what Airbnb experiences used to be like - you get to know your host who becomes a local guide and it feels like you’re staying in their home, but you still have privacy and your own space. Danny makes a point to meet you on arrival and departure, being very flexible with the time. Without asking, he shared tips for exploring Catania. We ended up at two restaurants he recommended which were both excellent and with only local people eating there. He thinks of every little detail to make your stay perfect- from water in the fridge to electricity converters in case you forget. It feels like you’re staying with family. He is super friendly and a wonderful host. The place is super clean and perfectly located on a quiet street outside touristy areas but still very close and walkable. We loved it! Thanks Danny!

My husband is in a wheelchair and Maria went out of her way to rent a wheelchair for our stay. The villa looked better in person than in the pictures. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked, including a juicer for fresh orange juice.

We stayed 2 weeks and it was a great base for exploring the east side of Sicily and Etna. A hire car is essential as the apartment is located in a quiet spot away from the main centres. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with great views from the wrap around balcony. The swimming pool was a real bonus - we made use of it most days. Salvatore & Antonio were very helpful and responsive to requests (many thanks!). Highly recommended if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

This place is a little haven. Beautiful views and so relaxing and peaceful amongst the orange trees and the wildlife. Salvo is the perfect host. He cannot do enough for you and is so kind and generous. This is our third stay at Casa di Civi and will not be the last!

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A stunning Sicilian escape The villa was beautiful and spacious, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The long journey up the mountain was absolutely worth it, the view over the valley, the sea, and the surrounding villages is simply breathtaking. The house was very clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This region is truly one of the most spectacular areas you can experience in Sicily, highly recommended!

Alessandra’s property just north of Viagrande was an excellent location for us to explore Mt Etna and surrounding towns. Alessandra was a great communicator and accommodated our late check in after an evening flight into Catania. Our children enjoyed exploring the grounds of the property but the guest house itself is quite rustic (which was fine for us).

Andreas house is like a home away from home. It is thoughtfully decorated, the lavastonehouse is charming and inside it has everything you need. The ourdoors is beautiful! The view is spectacular, the kids loved the pool and the sorroundings are unimaginable. You have to see it to understand, how wonderful it is. Andrea is the perfect helpful and informative host. The area is peaceful, a bit rural, but that makes it just better.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Annalissa a great host, very proactive and responsive. The complex where the flat is located has ample parking space, which is good as you will need a car to navigate the area. We had a great stay.

Vincenzo is a great communicator and attentive host. He shared valuable reccommendations for things to do in the local area, restaurants and shops. A great place for a fair price a bit outside of town centre but can get metro for 1€ to town in about 15 min. The place is more uphill so you get a great view from balcony.

Couldn’t recommend Villa Santi enough! Beautiful house with amazing views! Absolutely spotless and all the amenities you could need! Carlos was brilliant at replying and had answers to questions we had. He also provided amazing reccomendatioms that really are worth the hype he gave them!

Antonio personally welcomed us and explained everything in detail. He is very friendly. He was always available for questions and helped immediately. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. This is exceptional: very spacious with large terrace. The furnishings are of very high quality. The location is very central. Parking is possible directly at the house. We can definitely recommend the place.
