Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Juan County

We really enjoyed the tranquility. Having stayed for 3 nights, my wife and I would love to come back for a week or longer without our son. This place is so quiet and peaceful. It's the perfect for sitting in the yard, reading a few books and enjoying your thoughts.

We had such a lovely stay. The home is very charming and fully equipped with everything you need to be able to stay in on a rainy day. We loved the location, as it’s right next to a super cute town that has a beach, lots of restaurants and shops and the OI market. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great and very comfortable stay. The house was well-equipped, hot tub was lovely and the layout of the home was great for a family. The small touches like puzzles and a box of legos were happy discoveries, the loft was a lot of fun for the kids and we enjoyed the proximity to Eastsound downtown. We will be back!

Very nice house and quiet neighborhood. We were there for our son's wedding weekend. Lovely and relaxing to return each evening and watch the sunset over the water from the deck after various family festivities.

If you’re down for something simple but not full-on primitive, this place is delightful. The location is divine (right on the water) and Jackie is a great host. Now if you’re looking for something modern, this might not be for you — but for everyone else, I can’t imagine not loving this little tiny home!

Fantastic stay and delivered the solitude in nature that I was looking for. It was a great way to experience the San Juans. The view was stunning, the access to the beach was stellar, and one of the best ways to spend a few days relaxing. The loaner vehicle was perfect to get us from dock to house. Reminder, for anyone looking to book this airBNB, please be mindful of what you pack and bring as there is no store to quickly run to if you forgot something. Also, you need to pack out your recyclables & non-compostables. Overall, would stay again and have already recommended it to others as an Eco-friendly vacation destination.

Wow, what an incredible property!! We had a wonderful stay and very much enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, expansive deck, beautiful grounds, and private beach. It was such a peaceful place to spend a few days, and we hope to return. We were three families with three small children, and it was a perfect place for them to run around. Thank you Don and Kathy for opening your home up to us.

The location & view were amazing. It's a very relaxing spot! The kitty is adorable & a lovely welcome.

Great location. The bedroom and bathroom is in “new” condition and very comfortable. The kitchen is small but has all the basics. I had a wonderful stay here.

Loved the place! Was clean and secluded. Gentleman and dog in the house in the property was very nice. Only thing is that it’s close enough to town but definitely a decent drive when going back and forth multiple times. Would stay again!

We had a peaceful stay at this place in beautiful Rosario. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed-microwave, fridge, and plates and silvers. In the mornings, deers came to visit. Beddings are clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Great price for such a large space. The view from the balcony was amazing and the surrounding area had many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

The stay was more than I could ask for and the location was in the middle of everything which made travel very easy. This location and the interior design is definitely worth the experience

This place was the perfect place to rest after several days of train travel. It was quiet, tranquil, and the views were wonderful. Bed was comfy and unit was spacious for my husband and me. We did have trouble finding the place, though. GPS got us to the address given to us but it was not the specific unit. I think more detail is needed in the directions. We finally found it despite feeling like we were going beyond where we should be. The frustration was worth it, though!!

This lovely unit close to everything. Walkable to shops, restaurants, cafes and the ferry. It is bright and clean with everything you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Friday Harbor.

Very comfortable condo with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the village for coffee, shops, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed Isabella's coffee and the weekend Taco Truck.

Great new construction place just steps from the ferry dock and downtown Friday Harbor. The host was friendly and responsive. Great stay!

Kacie's Place was very comfortable. Parking is great if you don't have a long vehicle, otherwise there's lots of stairs. We were thankful there was an alternative place to park.

This home was perfect for our short stay. It is walkable from Friday Harbor and all of the museums and restaurants. We enjoyed spending some time relaxing on the back deck, watching small planes take off and land. Dont worry, they arent very noisy and they dont fly between 10pm and 7am. We loved watching the deer wander and graze. The beds are SOOO comfortable! We cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

What a wonderful place! We cannot say enough good things about Leith’s place. The home is lovely and well-equipped. We made dinner there most nights. The deck has the most magnificent view of Leith’s beautiful garden and the sound. The location is perfect for exploring Orcas and enjoying Eastsound’s stores/restaurants. Keith was a kind and generous host, always happy to answer questions and provide recommendations. I honestly shed a tear when it was time to leave.

The condo was exactly as described—modern, spotless, and thoughtfully renovated within a well-kept older building. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Great laundry setup too! East walk into town -- about 7 minutes. Leslie was a fantastic, responsive host, and her guidebook helped us plan our trip. A perfect, relaxing base for exploring the island. We'd definitely stay again!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at thomas' condo. it is so conveniently located and we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go!! the bed was sooo comfy and cozy! it was a special touch to have a washer and dryer at our disposal! came in handy for sure!! thomas was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. would definitely recommend this place!!
