Bright three-room apartment located at the foot of a hill and equipped with all amenities. The house is on two levels, the residential neighborhood is quiet and green and has ample parking areas. The bathroom has been completely renovated and has a beautiful shower cabin. A stone's throw from Rastignano train station from which you can easily reach the city center and the fair (Bo Centrale and Bo San Vitale stops) but also Florence with regional trains.

The bus stop is at 1 min. and it takes just 10 -15 minutes to arrive to the city center. Outdoor patio with table and chairs to eat and relax. Sitting room with a sofa-bed, confortable for two people. The bedroom has two beds that can be prepared joined or separated and if requested, a bed for children (max. 4 years).
