Fantastisk vistelse !!! Vi var 3 personer som bodde här i 5 nätter. Ligger bara 30 min utanför Bologna uppe i bergen med en makalös utsikt. Vi fick varsitt sovrum som alla var svala trots värmen ute. Lyxigt med 2 badrum med både dusch och toa när man är flera. Finns allt man behöver och till och med en tvättmaskin om man är där länge och behöver tvätta. Varje morgon stod det nybakade godsaker utanför dörren till oss som herren som har huset hade ordnat. Otroligt lugnt och fridfullt och det ända man hör under hela dagen är de olika fåglarnas kvittrande. Hit åker vi gärna igen❤️

Alles war super. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Lage ist wunderbar und nah genug an Bologna. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Le logement est agréable, situé dans un environnement calme, et il est très bien équipé et moderne (équipements cuisine et salons récents, système de chauffage/climatisation...). Marco s'est montré chaleureux et professionnel (vérification des pièces d'identité, taxe de séjour, réactif dans les échanges sur l'application, accueil avec présentation détaillée du logement...). Il a su s'adapter pour que les indications d'horaires du check-in soient respectées malgré une réticence initiale. Nous avons passé une agréable journée et nuit sur place. Merci beaucoup !

Beau gîte avec un jardin calme et très accueillant. Lits très confortables. Gentilles intentions de la part de Tiziana qui avait confectionné de bons petits biscuits appréciés aux petits déjeuners pris dans le jardin. Bonne adresse pour visiter Bologne Parme et Modène...

Nadia e suo marito sono state persone molto gentili, educate ed accoglienti. Hanno saputo darci indicazioni su dove andare a mangiare. Super disponibili e attenti ai nostri bisogni. Abbiamo trovato la struttura in ordine, molto pulita e ben attrezzata. Molto grande e spaziosa. Super consigliato.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

Alloggio immerso nella natura, ampio..con tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza si qualche giorno. Dintorni splendidi e ottimo per una escursione nei boschi sei dintorni..strada di accesso stretta e ripida ma accessibile con auto.... necessaria per spostarsi nei dintorni.. immersa in un piccolo borgo tranquillissimo.. Agata.. molto gentile e disponibile

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Nos ha encantado la casa de Ruth. El sitio perfecto para relajarte, disfrutar de la tranquilidad, naturaleza y de la piscina. Aunque teníamos coche, Ruth nos indico como llegar mejor en tren a Bolonia y fue un acierto. También estuvimos en Firenze. Ruth nos ha tratado como parte de su familia y ha tenido numerosos detalles, tanto con nosotros como en especial nuestro bebé de 10 meses. Muchas gracias!!

Stayed for a few days as i was visiting the race circuit at Imola. Perfect for that, about 25 min drive direct to the Aqua Minerali entrance. Set up on a hillside , very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t eat at any restaurants as i ate at the circuit and cooked at the house. There is a small supermarket in the town 10 mins away for all your supplies. Lovely to eat outside amongst the trees. Highly recommend if you visiting this beautiful part of Italy.

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nádherné ubytování uprostřed přírody, všude ticho a klid. Apartmán vypadal jako na fotkách, stejně tak bazén i zahrada s krásným výhledem. Francesca bylo moc milá, cítili jsme se tu jako doma:)

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Logement impeccable, hôte très sympathique et réactif. L’appartement est dans une zone industrielle sans charme mais la localisation est pratique pour faire une halte car près des grands axes routier. Il y a un restaurant au RDC qui a bonne réputation. L’endroit est calme, parfait pour se reposer avant de reprendre la route ! Nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour ouvrir la boîte à clés, n’hésitez pas à appeler Gian Marco en visio si comme nous vous n’avez pas l’habitude des nouvelles technologies ;-)

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

Ana è stata l’host senza dubbio più gentile che ho mai trovato, di una disponibilità e gentilezza non così comuni. Ci ha accolti al check in spiegandoci alcune cose riguardo la casa, e al check out è stata gentile nel lasciarci uscire una mezz’ora dopo l’orario normale. A casa ci ha fatto trovare in frigo uno spumante per il nuovo anno, un mini panettone e dei biscottini. Veramente tanta roba. Uno, se non il migliore BNB dove sono stato mai

Soggiornare nell’appartamento di Gennaro è stato un po’ come essere a casa propria. Dotata di tutti i comfort, l’ambiente è bello, luminoso e la casa estremamente pulita. Se dovessi tornare a Bologna sarebbe la mia prima scelta.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen für Stadterkundungen. Bester Eisladen der Stadt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Und das Highlight ist der Balkon, auf dem sich morgens ein Kaffee in der Sonne genießen lässt.

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. In einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit viel Natur drumherum. Wir haben es sehr genossen draußen zu sein. Das Bett, die Küche und das Bad sind auch sehr angenehm und gut in Schuss. Die Kommunikation mit der lieben Laura verläuft einwandfrei. Alles in allem, können wir diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und jedem ans Herz liegen, da man absolut seine Ruhe hat.
