Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Lazzaro

Magnificent apartment, the location is quiet but close to everything you need, a five-minute walk from the cathedral and less than 10 minutes from the free parking, attention to all details, very clean and equipped with all the services for an optimal stay and perfectly isolated from noise, the owner was kind enough to leave supplies (dishwasher, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) for the entire stay, I have been a month and would return without a doubt, thank you Gianluca

Good accommodation very close to the train station, which makes it very practical. Silvio and his daughter were very kind, responded quickly and helped us with everything. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable in Anna‘s apartment and we didn’t miss anything. Free parking nearby. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

Great small flat in a quiet location, the only sound in the morning was birdsong. Near the university so plenty of lively eating places nearby. Also walkable to the city centre. A great location for wandering and exploring beautiful Bologna

We thank Gaia for her kindness and helpfulness. The place was practical and comfortable, clean and had everything you need. We have been given 2 sets of keys so that we can be autonomous when traveling. The area is very quiet both day and night, within walking distance of the center and had all the amenities nearby.

Clean and huge bathrooms! So much luxury and care in every detail! The check-in was exceptional! Mr. Carlo, the caretaker of the spaces, who lives downstairs, helped me with many things! The photos of the dressing are fabulous! I recommend that if you want to have a refined experience, come here! I'd go back tomorrow! In fact, I'd move! Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

We had a really good time during the 3 days spent here. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The place is wonderful, relaxing, perfect for escaping the city. The very nice apartment, equipped with everything you need, was only missing body soap, shampoo and hand soap, but nothing terrible that could make us negatively re-evaluate the beautiful idea we had of this beautiful place. We will be back with great pleasure ❤️

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Great apartment! The host was very helpful. The apartment was complete with everything I needed. I was able to go to the fresh market and make a nice meal from scratch in the kitchen. It was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at Sonia's. We appreciated the opportunity to drop off our luggage before check-in time. The accommodation is ideally located in the city center. However, the apartment seemed a little smaller than the photos suggested. On the other hand, nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the premises, everything was impeccable. We recommend the accommodation 😊

The apartment was very comfortable and I loved the courtyard trees! The hostess was very gracious when I made a mistake thinking I had another night; she even tried to locate another spot for me. Kindness is always among the most important requirements!!

Very nice apartment. We had a great time because the house is comfortable, spacious and bright. There is also plenty of space in the various furniture, especially in the bedroom. Quite spacious and clean fridge. Great internet connection. Great location with the supermarket and pharmacy below the house and in any case not far from the center and the station. Area served by many public transport. The building is large but quiet and has 2 elevators. The only advice is to equip the apartment with a vacuum cleaner to facilitate cleaning because with the sole broom or the dusting cloth you can't clean well especially in the most difficult places. Clean and plentiful sheets, towels, and blankets. Great washing machine

We spent a fantastic weekend in Flor's apartment. The accommodation is in a very good location (the city center can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes and you can park for free on the street). The air conditioning made an important contribution to our quality of stay when the outside temperature was over 30°C. For our son, the historic elevator was the highlight. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean and functional. We would definitely recommend Flor's accommodation.

The apartment was impeccable and so tastefully and finely decorated. There were a lot of small details. There was nothing missing. Riccardo responded immediately to my messages and I really appreciated his understanding of a small problem I had. We felt safe too and it's ideally located near the train station. A grocery store is a few minutes' walk away and it is located close to the main attractions of Modena. I would definitely go back.

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun.

Marco’s apartment was just great. Everything was just according to photos and description, Marco sent us code to find keys, apartment was clean and tidy, location is perfectly situated between 2 bus stops and nearby rail station, shops and restaurants nearby, same as good coffee next door. We were just amazed by Everything - price, quality, tidiness… Thanks for a great service and hope to return there. Marco’s apartment will definitelly be number 1 location when we travel to Bologna again.
