Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Marino

We rented this Airbnb at the last moment when the Altadena displaced my elderly mother. I wasn't optimistic about finding a nice place given the demand Airbnb was under. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Williams 2-bedroom unit in Alhambra was perfect. It's roomy, comfortably furnished, and impeccably clean. It is a first-floor unit - completely accessible for someone using a walker (including the walk-in showers). William was responsive whenever I needed to contact him, typically answering questions in minutes (during the day, of course!). The location in Alhambra is very close to main street and many, many restaurants. The apartment itself is on a quiet side street and is far enough from the road to be very quiet. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you want to be in the Pasadena/Alhambra/San Gabriel/... area.

This is one of the better places I have stayed in. It met our needs perfectly. The location was in walking distance of great restaurants and shops so we spent a lot of time walking and enjoying the Pasadena. Nagya was an excellent host. Nagya was proactive and clear in all communications which made everything very simple for us. Anytime we are close to Pasadena we hope to stay with Nagya.

Super expérience, the host is super responsive and the apartment is fantastic, bright and super clean. We will be back for sure!

The place overall was a great stay. Small and convenient. The room was clean and just like the photos. Parking was included which is nice when LA charges $40 a night at hotels. The area doesn’t look safe but it is right next to a high school and it’s a suburban area. It is a quiet area but you are next to a highway so you hear the sirens and police but we didn’t mind it. I think the only thing is there wasn’t coffee to be made in the mornings but there is a coffee maker. If you need a place that’s cheap and convenient I would deff stay here again. We weren’t inside and most of the time exploring so that helped when it came to expenses. Manny is a great host and is very responsive. A small cute studio for a LA culture experience.

Amazing spot, very spacious Airbnb with large bathroom and kitchen. Location wa perfect- close to Burbank and downtown LA, in a safe neighborhood with a private parking spot and plenty of free street parking for any extra friends or guests you may have with you! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. My ONLY complaint is the mattress - it was very firm, with zero give, felt like sleeping on the floor. We do not like hard/extremely firm beds, so this was not for us. The couch bed in the living room space was also not the most comfortable. The reason I include this info about the bed for the public to read is because I’m someone who is extremely picky about beds when I’m on vacation, I like to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud or a nice fluffy mattress, which always makes the vacation experience all that much better and contributes to a good nights sleep. This mattress needs a memory foam mattress pad, and then we would 💯 stay here again! Everything else about the place was great!

Jason was an absolutely outstanding host. Communication was always quick, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and immediately felt like home. You can really tell that attention was paid to every little detail. We had a fantastic experience and would come back anytime – highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect stay!!! Loved the cleanliness and privacy of the room. The room was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Hosts were amazing and always responsive. Also loved that there were 2 laundry rooms provided. Highly recommend!

Lovely place, will be coming back.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The house was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and incredibly spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, which made it easy to relax and truly feel at home. The only thing to be aware of is that while the house is private and separate, the host’s home is located just in front, and there is a shared door between their yard and ours. They have a dog who barked a couple of times and once came into our yard unexpectedly, which startled us. The host may want to take a closer look at securing that access. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really appreciated the cleanliness, space, and peaceful surroundings.

The guesthouse was a perfect choice for our stay. It was clean, modern, well appointed as well as convenient. Carolyn’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would gladly stay at the guesthouse again if/when our travels take us back to Pasadena.

Very beautiful place. The neighborhood was so nice and everyone there was very friendly/welcoming. The first night I was trying to figure out the lock and Alphonso was very helpful!

Really enjoyed our stay in Emily’s beautiful place! The location is great - close enough to activities and restaurants and a nice neighborhood for walking. The house is comfy and just like the pictures. She also gave some great recommendations for area restaurants and activities.

A place worth staying at!! We will definitely be back! Great location. Leon is a quick and responsive host. The place is squeaky clean and very spacious. Beds and pillows are comfortable and rooms are fully stocked with extra bath towels, blankets and pillows. Even though there weren’t any toddler toys my boys had a blast and never once got hurt! It’s was the most toddler safety air bnb we’ve ever stayed at.

Awesome! We spent three nights in this accommodation, with a last-minute change that was no problem for the host. Very responsive, the accommodation was very spacious and super well-equipped. He had everything we needed. I recommend it; a very quiet area with all amenities less than 10 minutes away.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at William's place. It was very clean and roomy. You do hear the neighbors at some time but nothing bad. We would consider staying there again the next time we visit LA. Thanks William!

Great place to rent, great host, very quiet and nice

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

The place was really clean, everything is described. Just what I needed for my weekend getaway. Felt right at home.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

What a wonderful place to stay! Nearby to many restaurants, stores, and bars. The parking was easy to get into and the unit was great! Massive kitchen with everything you could need. The street the unit is on is lined with purple trees and it was so stunning. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in very early and gave us the codes right away for everything. Couldn't recommend this place more!!
