The air was a little murky when I first opened the door, but when I ventilated it, it got better quickly. The host was friendly and tried to accommodate our requests. It was a room with a pool view, so it was nice to have a sense of openness. It was a very nice condo, so I enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, I stayed for 3 nights, but I was embarrassed that there wasn't enough toilet paper in the bathroom. I want to visit again.

Apartments with a pleasant view of greenery and the river. All necessities for cooking and laundry are available. Clean bed linens and towels of good quality. There's a large clean swimming pool on the property. The construction nearby is barely audible, cicadas are much louder. Only annoying thing is the noise from the refrigerator. Overall, I enjoyed everything and recommend it.

First time Airbnb for our group of 6 adults and one kid for Chiang Mai trip.. We stay during Songkran festival. The place is amazing, near the main festival Tha Phae gate and surrounding with cafés and restaurants, clean place. Each room got their own bathroom and important point for us is Khun Nuii is always quick and well response. We can confirm that we made a good decision to stay on this place and for sure we will come back again.

The 17th floor gym and pool were nice The bedding in the room was not cheap, and it was made of good quality, so I was satisfied during my stay. Other than that, the host was very responsive, so there was no inconvenience.

There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

A great place to stay for us, everything we needed, very good kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious, clean and well equipped. Swimming pool and shopping centre with a wide variety of shops and places to eat all within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Wandee is a great host, very quick to respond, arranging transport to and from the airport for us, cleaning the house regularly and even providing a motorbike for us to use locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Our family had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Jitrada’s place. It is a very special place which surrounded by trees. We also love the Lana style rooms. Overall, we had a great stay. Jitrada was very responsive and helpful, which made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to stay in Chiang Mai.

I really enjoyed Pimrats place. Definitely worth the price. I will stay again if I’m in the area. It’s far from the city offers lots of peace and quiet.

This is a residence on the Ping River, containing a four-room single-family villa and three separate pool rooms with a gym, yoga table and theater room, with separate tea house and family showroom, huge dining and living room, spacious and bright, easily seating 16 - 18 people.Everyone sits together, tastings, and travel insights.In the yard, the pool is sparkling, and the trail next to the table is unique. In the afternoon, sit at the table, breeze, watch the light and shadow in the pool, and feel the oil. The seven rooms of the villa are in a variety of styles, but they are filled with a rich East Asian cultural flavor.In the room, the Chinese calligraphy pen is overwhelming, the Japanese print strokes are delicate, the Thai carved Buddha statue is full of charm, the owner carefully searched all kinds of treasures, each adding a unique artistic charm to the room.The wooden main structure of the villa has been baptized over the years, but it is still well maintained, with many noble and elegant, exquisite, and every piece is a rare art treasure.It is no exaggeration to say that it is more of a family museum or an art gallery, and the reputation of "luxury villas" is true. The villa's service team deserves the luxury of the villa.The Jane team consists of a thoughtful butler, a masterful chef, two hard-working service staff, and two skilled gardeners.They are immense and take full responsibility for our three meals and living.The chef's carefully cooked Thai food, the flavor is absolutely comparable to the dishes of the local Michelin restaurant, and our group, especially the elders, praise these delicacies.The two service staff were very responsible, and regardless of our needs, they were very responsive, and even helped one member of the team wash the stained shoes after running, which was really touching.Jane, the housekeeper, is the bridge between us and the service team, who not only gave us local tips, shopping guides, but also patience to guide us on how to cope with life's trivia, such as medical medication.Particularly thoughtful, she also prepared local specialty ingredients for us, sharing Chiang Mai's flavor with us, adding a lot of fun to our trip. Chiang Mai, a small town full of surprises.It is hidden and sophisticated, with unique little shops, those subtle hobbies and hobbies that require us to slow down and discover them.The rice field coffee that you accidentally encounter during your trip, you just need to spend a long half a day, you can revel in it; several mini fairs, full of human fireworks, the lively atmosphere does not lose the commercialization of those intentionally created; sit inside the Blue coffee shop of the Chiang Mai Agricultural College, looking out the corn field and the Persian Juyuan, time seems to be slow.Chiang Mai, a big city with a panoramic mountain near, far from Mt., Chapa viewing deck and monks can see the whole view of Chiang Mai.

Cute cottage with paddy field backing onto the creek before arriving is a bit worried about whether it will be in the middle of the field and no shops in front of the village.But actually just around the big road, there is also a 7-11 and some snack bars nearby.The actual location is also just a little further south in the direction of the airport/baan kang wat, it is not too far from the old city of Chiang Mai, it is easy to drive, and you can also take a look at the real life of locals outside the sightseeing area along the road! Host is Taiwanese, communication is completely accessible, and there is so much help online.The space is clean, simple, and has a lot of little details to like, the sofa falls in love with the old 😆 linen table that you want to steal, put a cane basket and tea set on the wooden table by the window, the whole set of coffee tools with small stereo, the sound for solo travelers to reduce the fear of the empty darkness is extremely helpful, and also I don't know how to say that you feel well equipped with the lighting design! The basic configuration is thoughtful and complete, the parental clean bed set and the pillows for a good sleep, the kitchenette on the terrace also has an oven/microwave and cookware to use at your own discretion, this time for a single person's travel time is not enough. If you are traveling in a group feel like eating a hot pot or drinking alcohol together at night, it must be great. The solo ladies prepared beer and biscuits and enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable night with music in the living room, and a chance to definitely come again!

Nice condo with swimming pool and beautiful garden. Clean and comfortable apartment. Great WiFi what was important for me as I worked from home.

The place was peaceful and well-equipped, there are food places close by, and convenience store. The only down side was that it got quite hot in the afternoon, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

As full time travelers, we have seen it all and are quite picky about where we stay. this place is top tier and met or exceeded all our needs. we ended up adding days and stayed 10 days. everything is super easy from check in, to host communication. the Hosts are very nice and quick to respond to your message. the place is as the pictures show and very clean. the building itself inside is super quiet. you will not hear any neighbors. we did not see any other people at all most days. the gym and pool are nice and easy to access. you will love the size of this condo with two full bathrooms and a comfy couch with big screen smart TV . the main room bed is very comfortable with nice new bedding. the kitchen has what you need to prepare a simple meal. I highly recommend a stay here.

Great Location, Great Amenities! This condo was the perfect base for our Chiang Mai trip. Being right next to Central Festival mall was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!
