Waterfront holiday rentals in San Sai District

We were hesitant at first because of the location. It’s a bit outside of the city but there’s a walkway that connects to the Central Festival mall which is convenient. The space looks like the photos. It’s good for 1-2 ppl w/not too much luggage. We had a great view of the pool. We appreciated the smart clothes rack, the shower functions, the ability to cook although there’s only 1 burner. We appreciated the closet space, balcony & the bed was very comfortable for us. Amenities were great for our lifestyle. Note the complex attracts many families & kids so it can get loud sometimes especially if you’re near the pool. The complex has a lot of rules but it keeps the property in good condition. The only thing is the hallway isn’t ventilated so not only does it get hot it also intensifies the smell of the trash. Responsive host, on-demand cleaning. We highly recommend the space, unfortunately we left early because of a death in the family, even though Pine honored the refund Airbnb didn’t.

The air was a little murky when I first opened the door, but when I ventilated it, it got better quickly. The host was friendly and tried to accommodate our requests. It was a room with a pool view, so it was nice to have a sense of openness. It was a very nice condo, so I enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, I stayed for 3 nights, but I was embarrassed that there wasn't enough toilet paper in the bathroom. I want to visit again.

Apartments with a pleasant view of greenery and the river. All necessities for cooking and laundry are available. Clean bed linens and towels of good quality. There's a large clean swimming pool on the property. The construction nearby is barely audible, cicadas are much louder. Only annoying thing is the noise from the refrigerator. Overall, I enjoyed everything and recommend it.

Pine's place and the stay was clearly cut above the rest. Fully stocked and ready for turn key stay. Soap, Shampoo, Dish washing soap, etc. very conditioned for a stay for anyone thinking about staying in the One Condo location. Trust me there are major differences between most rentals. Simple things such as missing toilet paper or soap/shampoo etc. Many things someone would have to go out and buy just for a stay. Pine's place was in par with a hotel and not needing to ask for anything or go buy things to stay in the place. Well Done Sir and Kudos to you!

It was great stay, have wifi, all restroom amenities. As it is on the ground floor thus it is easy for me to access to swimming pool - from the balcony door.

The accommodation was as described and it was good to use the facilities.You can walk from the condo to the Central Festival, so there is no inconvenience in living, and the community facilities are well equipped in the accommodation, so it is good to spend time in the accommodation. If you don't mind walking, there is a local market about 1 kilometer away from the condo, so it's worth a visit every time you get tired of Central.The accommodation is equipped with the necessary items to make sure you don't feel uncomfortable, and it feels well-maintained, so it would be good for long stays.I was grateful that the host always responded quickly and was kind.I recommend it to those coming to Chiang Mai.

We had a nice stay (1 month). Very communicative, nice host. Awesome pools, nicely equipped gym. Lots of parking and private security. Close to the mall if that's what you fancy. We found the apartment small for us (2 adults) and the wifi in the coworking area was very bad. Thankfully the wifi in the apartment was good. More shelves in the closet as well as generally more storage space would be nice for those staying long term like we did. Overall good stay! :)

The accommodation was so clean, The location is right next to the Ping River, a small temple just across the street, and Warorot Market just across the bridge ~ Above all, the staff were so friendly~^^ It's a little disappointing that you're sharing a hotel and a cafe, but you can't use it in the evening because you close the cafe too early and you can't use it in the evening?

This was one of the nicest Airbnb experiences. The place was very clean, there was plenty of water available, and the overall property is gorgeous. The hosts were very kind and responsive, even let me borrow her bike for the week. The location is away from the city and you can only get to the city via grab, it was roughly $5 one way. I didn't mind the distance from the city, I would have fun or work in the city and then come back and unwind. Having Netflix was a huge plus.

It was such a great experience, the house was very nice and quiet, the staff was great to communicate with and sent us juice.Our family had a very good time playing here and will stay again in the future.

The place was peaceful and well-equipped, there are food places close by, and convenience store. The only down side was that it got quite hot in the afternoon, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

As full time travelers, we have seen it all and are quite picky about where we stay. this place is top tier and met or exceeded all our needs. we ended up adding days and stayed 10 days. everything is super easy from check in, to host communication. the Hosts are very nice and quick to respond to your message. the place is as the pictures show and very clean. the building itself inside is super quiet. you will not hear any neighbors. we did not see any other people at all most days. the gym and pool are nice and easy to access. you will love the size of this condo with two full bathrooms and a comfy couch with big screen smart TV . the main room bed is very comfortable with nice new bedding. the kitchen has what you need to prepare a simple meal. I highly recommend a stay here.

Great Location, Great Amenities! This condo was the perfect base for our Chiang Mai trip. Being right next to Central Festival mall was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!
